GRAND NEW CENTURY HOTEL Taishun Wenzhou

I came here last year, and I took the opportunity to come out again this year with my kids. I contacted the lobby manager, Xiao Chen, in advance and helped me book the room. He also helped us upgrade. He was responsive to all requests. The service and environment are good. The only thing the hotel lacks is an outdoor hot spring.

There are few supporting facilities around. The overall environment of the hotel is good, and it is very comfortable to take a hot spring bath in the room.

The hotel hardware meets Kaiyuan standards, and the design of the hotel's appearance and rooftop platform is top-notch; but the software, especially the service, is completely unacceptable during a short holiday like Qingming Festival. Almost everywhere in the hotel is filled with the noise of children. For dinner and breakfast, guests stand next to the seated people waiting for a table. What kind of dining experience is that?

After checking in, the staff emphasized that only one child can be brought to breakfast, and the other child will be charged. My husband held a nine-month-old baby in his arms and asked him, why is it charged even though the baby can't eat? I said that when I booked, I saw on the hotel page that one adult brought one child, and we were two adults, right? I asked about the opening hours of the swimming pool, but was told that there was no swimming pool. I asked about the opening hours of the children's playground, but was told that it was open on weekends. Entered the room, and I didn't know where the welcome fruit was (I specially exchanged it with points on Ctrip) Then go to their Internet-famous rooftop, well, if it's just for the rooftop, you really don't need to come.

The hotel is very new and beautiful. The room is super big. As soon as I opened my eyes, I could see the scenery outside the large French window. The bathtub directly discharged hot spring water, and the privacy was excellent. I applied to the front desk for a discount on the buffet for junior high school students, which was very considerate. This is the hotel I will go to next time I go to the hot springs.

If you check in before the Spring Festival, you will book 2 rooms with friends and children. The service in the Chinese restaurant on the first floor was particularly poor. No one greeted me when I entered the meal. I even sat down and no one gave me a menu. I just ordered a set meal. The beef was cold and the cold cuts were served last because there was nothing to eat nearby. It was cold and raining. I had to make do with dinner the next day. I originally wanted to order a set meal, but the restaurant said that I had to go to the front desk to buy a coupon. After nearly an hour of communication, I finally said that the meal I wanted was not prepared. Fortunately, the sister at the front desk sent me a WeChat and ordered takeout ( As the Spring Festival approaches, many restaurants are closed.) I won’t even mention the hair and dust in the big bathtub in the room. There is no fitness, spa or massage... There is only a small building block room... The bad reviews are for the Chinese restaurant in the hotel, which brings down the entire hotel. Quality and check-in experience are extremely poor. The attitude at the front desk is okay but communication is really difficult... I will never go there again
