We, a party of 8, visited 台山, our ancestral home, over the weekend. We booked 5 rooms at 丽怡, mostly because it is new and conveniently located in the town center. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Hotel staff were courteous. Rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. I would have given a higher rating if not for the following reasons: 1) We weren't able to get a non-smoking room per our preference. The hotel only has one floor dedicated as non-smoking. The hotel did some odor removal treatment and opened the windows before we checked in but I would still prefer to stay in a non-smoking room. 2) There is a low humming noise throughout the night till around 5:30 am. Not enough to wake you if you are tired and sound asleep but it will be difficult to sleep again once you woke up during the night. All 5 rooms can hear the humming noise. Don't know if it is because there is a steel fabrication shop next to the hotel or due to hotel's own aircon compressor.

The room is very clean. I am very satisfied with this trip. The scenic environment is good. You can soak in hot springs unlimited times. The front desk service is very good and the service staff are very friendly. In short, it makes people feel very comfortable. I will go again next time when I have time~☺️

The location is good, parking is free, and there are charging stations nearby. It's very close to Taishan Commercial City, and the night market there has a lot of food! There is also a delicious Leyun restaurant nearby. The environment of the hotel is okay, but you don't need to swipe a card to get on the elevator, and the safety factor is compromised. The bathroom is relatively small, the shower room is narrow, and the shower head is a bit broken. And they actually asked for a deposit of 200. I haven’t paid a deposit for a hotel stay in a long time. I was shocked.

The hotel is great. It is tall and elegant. The bed is great. The hotel has complete functions. The price/performance ratio is very high. The facilities are very complete. I would like to praise their hair dryer which is very easy to use. I like the bathtub! It's very friendly for people like us who love taking a bath. There are also bathtubs and bath salts next to the bathtub. The balcony in the room is also OK. The network is very smooth. The bathroom is separate from the toilet. You have to live there to understand it, highly recommended.

The location and environment of the hotel are acceptable, but other management and reception are poor. It can only be said that the hardware is up to standard, and the management services cannot keep up at all. The hotel is still in the era of requiring deposits. The hotel's reception service is average, at least you can't feel the word international hotel. The parking lot at the door is also confusing, and the instructions for the underground parking lot are unclear. Secondly, the hotel's breakfast is only divided into categories above and below 1.2 meters, and all are charged. There are very few breakfast varieties, the taste is average, and they can barely fill your stomach.

I found this B&B on Ctrip. I have stayed in so many B&Bs. It is considered very good. The room is very airy and stylish. The service of the butler is also very good and helps us bring our luggage up. There is also a free big hot spring on the roof. Soaking pools, there are also private pools for a fee. Some of our family added money to make private soup with wormwood and ginger, 30 yuan / pool. I will come again next time. The children are also very happy
