The room is large, clean and tidy, with no odor. The front desk upgraded our room type for free on the day of check-in. The hotel service is also in place. If there are any problems, they can be contacted and solved in time. On the day of check-out, because there were still things to deal with, the hotel helped me delay the check-out time. Thank you very much🙏. There is an outdoor swimming pool in the hotel🏊🏻, but it’s a pity that there was not enough time and the children couldn’t play. I will go again next time if I have the chance. Rooms are spacious and clean except for some stains at the curtains The 'Alexa/Google home' in the rooms made the stay even more comfortable as everything could be voice controlled. Interestingly, the hotel provides free supper from 9pm to 11pm which makes it very convenient for guests who arrived late in the hotel to have a quick bite without having to venture out. There are washing machines & dryer available in the hotel for guests to wash their clothes. Thank goodness for it especially during winter so we could bring less clothes along. Most importantly, the service from the staff is excellent. Every one we met in the hotel treated us warmly and went the extra mile to accede to our requests. We booked 3 rooms initially then added one more room after one night. Unfortunately, there wasn't any available room on the the same floor. However, the staff actually called us the next day and informed us of an available room on the same floor and asked if we would like to change the room so the entire family could be on the same floor. We were impressed with their attention to detail and their service! Thank you one and all at Mandarin Elegant Hotel for your warmth and graciousness and for making our stay enjoyable and memorable! Looking forward to my next stay in your hotel again!

This time I stayed in the hotel's Supreme King Room, which comes with a hot spring pool. The room is simple and clean, the waiters are very polite, the buffet breakfast has a rich variety, and there are many hot spring pools. It was a good trip and I will come here again next time.

Easter trip with the family, stayed here after Kaiping rural historical villages and diaolou exploration. For some city time. Clean neat new hotel. Good Non smoking rooms. Nice bathrooms, japanese style automatic toilets. Simple okay buffet breakfast, fresh coffee, mostly Chinese style breakfast. Our family had a good time. Booked a double for us and a twin room for the kids. There is a bit of a music bass noise in the evening due to next door night club. Was mentioned in the booking. No real problem for us. We enjoyed the giant modern Chain mall a short drive away for dinner and shopping. The old city centre is also good for meals and the sights.

The hotel is close to the beach, about 5 minutes away, the environment is OK, the price is moderate, there are many room types, the room facing the sea, and the room with the sea from the side. He even remembered my last name when I came in or checked out and could directly call out ”Mr. I have never experienced good service in a hotel room.
