It was nice and spacious, but missing some amenities. There was no fridge and microwave in the rooms. Only one complimentary bottle of water per person was provided daily; any extra bottles have to be purchased. 2 out of 4 dryers weren’t working; it took a long time to dry clothes. It was very dark in the laundry room. The gym and rec room was in one big room in which we had to manually turn on the lights ourselves; it felt very unfinished and not well ventilated. The beds weren’t made one day even though we requested room clean up. There were only Chinese instructions in the bathroom, so non-Chinese readers may not be aware of certain rules. At the dim sum restaurant in the hotel, they added a dish we had told them to remove from our ordering menu and forced us to keep and pay for it even though it was their mistake for adding it to our ordering tab.

Good value for money and the location is great. The hotel includes full size Chinese restaurant which is great for hosting large events. Only issue is that because there’s so many rooms, you need more to wait for lifts.

The room is pretty good and comfortable but one thing need to improved is the shower area need to change it so the water won't overflow onto the toilet area.

The room environment is big n clean. The cost is attractive.
All the food provided by the hotel are very delicious..
The staffs there are helpful n polite.
If the hotel can provide more furnitures such as a table n 2 chairs are more convenient for the users

The room is big enough, the facilities are complete and intelligent, the service is good, the room type is upgraded for free, parking is convenient, the morning tea tastes good, the hotel lobby is grand, and the living is very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance.
