落差蠻大，房間很小，住的最高五樓，衹能看到一點海。門口還有個爛尾樓擋着，隔壁的四季高太多了……
房間水龍頭搖搖晃晃的，衣櫃門也是壞的。有種經久失修的感覺。住的親子套間，沒有客廳，就是兩間普通房間，中間多了一扇門，還不隔音。
住了兩晚，衞生也沒有打掃，垃圾沒服務員換，礦泉水也沒加。工作人員在大堂抽煙，那味道也是醉了。
真實反饋，雖然現在生意不好做，還希望店家認真對待每一個客户

看到是比較新的酒店才定的，入住後整個大無語！洗澡洗到一半發現有煙頭！次所一直有小蟲走來走去！隔壁房間打麻將到半夜二點！

酒店位置很好，距離沙灘走路才兩分鐘。讓我覺得最好的是酒店有車輛接送，入住的時候聯繫酒店會安排車到景區門口接我們回酒店，退房了也會安排車輛送我們去坐大巴車。前台還給我們免費升級了房間，服務態度也很好，值得推薦

這家酒店位置還是可以的，下樓走一段路可以直接到海灘，酒店比較新，也比較乾淨，樓下有吃東西。
唯一缺點就是隔音稍微有點差，不過相對旁邊怡和酒店的價格，這個也算可以了，酒店挨着的。

我住的是一樓的家庭套房，2房一廳，很新，衞生也可以，公共區域是個小院，挺有設計感的好看。前台美女服務態度很好也熱情，退房離島後發現車鑰匙落在接駁巴士上，向前台美女幫忙聯繫，很熱情幫我，結果車鑰匙失而復得。下次來再選這裏住！總體很滿意了！

房間看不到海的 屬於第三排 但是問題不大 景區不大 走3分鐘就到沙灘 這個位置方便 樓下就可以租到小電瓶去環島 還不會被沙灘音樂吵到 離飯店衹隔條馬路 總體比較舒適 房間比較小
必須點贊一下前台的 安排妥當合理

環境挺好的，樓下椰樹林，新裝修的，整體很乾凈。本來二樓的房間，免費幫忙升級，住的高點看環境也很好。到海邊也就300米左右，很方便，隨時去玩耍。

設施：就是沒有一次性拖鞋，不過好像島上大部分酒店都沒有，其他都挺好的
衞生：很乾凈
環境：環境很不錯，陽台看景很不錯
服務：服務特別好，在哪兒都能接，還給送到大巴車那裡
