落差蠻大，房間很小，住的最高五樓，衹能看到一點海。門口還有個爛尾樓擋着，隔壁的四季高太多了……
房間水龍頭搖搖晃晃的，衣櫃門也是壞的。有種經久失修的感覺。住的親子套間，沒有客廳，就是兩間普通房間，中間多了一扇門，還不隔音。
住了兩晚，衞生也沒有打掃，垃圾沒服務員換，礦泉水也沒加。工作人員在大堂抽煙，那味道也是醉了。
真實反饋，雖然現在生意不好做，還希望店家認真對待每一個客户

看到是比較新的酒店才定的，入住後整個大無語！洗澡洗到一半發現有煙頭！次所一直有小蟲走來走去！隔壁房間打麻將到半夜二點！

酒店位置很好，距離沙灘走路才兩分鐘。讓我覺得最好的是酒店有車輛接送，入住的時候聯繫酒店會安排車到景區門口接我們回酒店，退房了也會安排車輛送我們去坐大巴車。前台還給我們免費升級了房間，服務態度也很好，值得推薦

這家酒店位置還是可以的，下樓走一段路可以直接到海灘，酒店比較新，也比較乾淨，樓下有吃東西。
唯一缺點就是隔音稍微有點差，不過相對旁邊怡和酒店的價格，這個也算可以了，酒店挨着的。

到酒店跟我們講衹有2間大床房，衹有最後一間房給我們，進去之後就聞到了黴味，油煙味，找前台要求換房，前台就説收200差價就可以換房，我就很奇怪為什麼加錢，房間就怎麼有房了！但為了不影響玩的心情，衹能付了這200！關鍵是住了幾天，都沒有電梯，天天爬樓梯！空調的聲音震天響！睡不了我！

酒店位置特別好，一家很好的酒店，入住房間都有兩瓶免費的礦泉水，房間空間大，採光好，明亮，設施齊全，前台小姐姐服務態度很好，酒店環境優美舒適，阿姨衞生收拾乾淨，還包接送，很貼心，下次還來！
