唯一的優點是後面有個小海灘
1離飛沙灘幾公里，過去房東送我們過去的，但是來回收40塊錢
2衞生間反味臭的離譜
3麻將房麻將機壞了老闆説他們沒辦法，而且説麻將房麻將是附加的，也沒法退錢給我們，結果我們自己從樓下搬的別的麻將機。
4住了3天兩夜沒有阿姨過來打掃，衞生紙早沒了
5方圓幾公里就他們家帶了個餐廳，海鮮還算新鮮，但是廚師手藝一般
總之大家需要訂房的慎重選擇，總之這家民宿是開在周圍荒無人煙交通極其不變的地方，服務態度也很一般，對了，五一攜程一間房700比**到店裡訂還貴我是沒想到的。

1,其實民宿位置很好，旁邊就是海邊
2,民宿其實玩樂也看出用心，麻將，海邊K歌，燒烤，都有，旁邊就是望魚石的景點
3,民宿是翻新裝修，看出裝修時的成本，但清潔維護一般
建議還是將客房各方面服務品質提升，床鋪清潔各方面做到品質，把海邊泳池及環境也用心做好（目前感覺很久沒換水，腳在下面是打滑的，水上有蠅子），打造出更高的品質～

這次來上川島，在海天居的體驗太好了，一個人來的，但是老闆招待的很周到，玩得很爽！民宿的位置就在海邊，出去房間就是沙灘，傍晚在海邊踩踩水或是早上看看日出都很方便！風景也特別漂亮，晚上還可以在海邊唱k，下次再來上川一定還來這裏！

整體還好吧，就是下雨了玩的不夠盡興。位置不錯，私人海灘，水也不深，適合我們這種不喜歡熱鬧的。設施，燒烤泳池基本啥都有，老闆還是挺用心的，就是期望不要太高，畢竟海邊的東西容易老舊。下次有機會還會再去。

整體來説不錯，下去直接就是飛沙灘，這邊不用收門票，所以沙灘環境臟。酒店新的，硬件整體不錯，熱水猛；就是一開始衝著有泳池，但泳池水是沙灘抽上來的海水，來的時候也暑假尾巴，維護沒跟上，水比較臟~
