420多的房間，太差了，床上用品臟的，枕頭爛的，水也沒有，冰箱、洗衣機都沒有，定的海景房，給的街景，睡都睡不着，外面都是車

前台服務不錯，酒店整體也很乾凈，環境佈局很好，就是後面要求延遲幾個小時的事情鬧得有點不愉快，前台本來説好是20元一小時的，後來打電話那個老闆又春節加價，要按照一天算，出爾反爾弄得很尷尬，後來還是按照前台的方案處理了，還算是比較滿意，以後溝通要好點，不讓客人弄得這麼尷尬。

比較好的一點就是房東那裡有優惠卡，可以58泡喜運來温泉。不過聽説月底取消優惠，不知是不是因為過年的原因。衞生還可以，就是睡得不好。床太硬，就像睡木板床似的。被子不夠厚，室温20度下勉強可以接受，温度更低的話要開暖氣了。退房時房東不在，入住時也沒交按金，最後在一旁坐的阿姨的建議下從鋪位縫塞進去歸還
