一般家庭旅館，近海邊 陽台景色還好，感覺服務一般。晚上睡覺突然有人急促的敲門聲，問是誰也不回答，打電話服務枱，（房間無電話）服務員居然説沒有半夜深更 不會有壞人😵💫

位置容易找，有大量停車位，房子很新，也乾淨衞生。但由於旁邊建樓，有點灰塵，而且這個沙灘比較多人唱歌，燒煙花，起碼12點後才安靜一點

趁着清明小長假前的一週，待小孩出來玩 ，酒店地理位置極好的，出門就是沙灘，我們升級為海景房，在陽台就可以看見沙灘，海浪，舒服極了，房間乾淨整潔，被褥也很乾爽，原以為在海邊的酒店，會被海風吹的潮潮的，但是比我想象中的被褥乾爽，最主要，回程時，把倆小孩的拖鞋忘記在酒店，第一時間聯繫酒店工作人員，他們找到後，立馬給我安排順豐快遞，隔天就收到了，好評好評

房間的衞生一般，杯子周圍不乾淨，鏡子後面還有化粧棉沒有清理，房間設施有損壞。希望酒店認真改善，為後續客人提供更好的服務。

電梯故障，客服沒有説，長者家爬梯到房間累，鬱悶是房間門對着電梯，在半夜修電梯好久，維修工發出説話聲音好大，扳手聲音大，敲鎚子好大聲音好久，被吵醒了，客服也沒有提前告知半夜維修電梯！一家人整晚都沒有睡好。靠海邊好多酒店大排檔的水都是直接排到沙灘上，晚上還是發臭了，還是好多黑泥土，太臟了
