訂了三間房 其中一間在網上訂的是副樓 副樓環境還行 主樓兩間房進去味道重還有好多蒼蠅，我的幾個朋友瞬間不想住了，剛開了十分鐘左右 服務員不讓退房，我本身做酒店行業的流程是知道的，網上訂的那間當天中午十二點就不讓人退款，攜程上面寫着退款扣除百分之20的手續費我不介意，問題是酒店不讓退款，訂單還沒入住的， 主樓那兩間房還每間扣了我100的費用，衹是剛放行李進去房間 有間房衞生都還沒打掃的。 這些旅遊的單體酒店確實有點坑。

這酒店掛羊頭賣狗肉，掛着江邊十里銀灘那棟，入住的是過條馬路的銀灘閣，房間又小，馬桶沖廁還關不住，很響，衞生間差、被子沒洗乾淨，電視還看不到。

去到車站打電話去前台安排司機接去酒店，左等右等都不見車，致電前台提供司機電話號碼，司機不是在通話中就是不接電話，到後面前台也不接電話，天氣又熱，足足等了四十五分鐘才見到司機，司機服務態度超級差，去到看到酒店設施更是令人咂舌，所謂的酒店，實際上就像招待所一樣，衞生各方面超級差，簡直不值這個價，服務態度超差，建議各位遊客去別的酒店住。
