位置:地理位置優越，距離浪琴灣步行5分鐘，附近大排檔很多。服務:民宿是家庭經營的，店裡的小哥哥服務非常好內心解答關於收費和免費海灘的問題，我住四樓（沒電梯）小哥哥二話不説的把行李都幫我拉上去。[強]衞生:乾淨整潔，樓上還有一個可以晾衣服的天台。

房間很新，房間有個外陽台，可涼衣服，近可看田園，遠可望海景，停車免費，附近吃飯方便，老闆熱情，設施好用，外面有一圈小路可散步，欣賞田園風景，不遠處有家4星級國家地質公園。

來浪琴灣好多次了，這次選擇了欣城民宿，因為看到是7月新開業的就想試試！結果入住了很驚喜，房間很新很乾凈！民宿門口就有停車位，走過去海灘大概4分鐘，陽台夠大能晾衣服！因為帶着長者家小朋友特意叫老闆安排了2樓👍房間圖片原相機直出，是這附近的民宿性價比天花板了。
