The hotel is newly renovated, clean and the receptionist is polite, but there is a problem with the air conditioning. It has been adjusted to about 20 degrees, and it was so hot that I got up in the middle of the night. I adjusted it to 17-18 degrees, but the temperature in the room was still very hot. The hotel needs to check the air conditioning problem. I arrived at the restaurant for breakfast at around 9:00 in the morning, but the receptionist said that the restaurant was full and I had to wait for 15 minutes. In the end, I waited for 25 minutes and could only have breakfast until 10:30. The meal time was only one hour. Only one conference room was opened for guests to use, and the other was closed. The restaurant manager should improve his ability to adapt to changes. If the hotel cannot accommodate so many guests, he should not accept their room reservations and keep them waiting for a long time. The breakfast tastes good.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel was old but very clean. Everyone from the staff to security was especially helpful to provide directions and insight. Rooms were kept clean and tidy. The location was optimal to walk to shopping, McDonalds, Cafe De Coral, and other restaurants. Pedestrian street was very convenient and fun to walk through. The lake view was very nice. There was karaoke at night until 10 pm outside but that is not the hotel’s fault. It wrapped up early so no concerns. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

This high-end hotel was a favorite of overseas Chinese in the 1980s and 1990s decades ago. It is located in an artificial lake park, surrounded by green trees and a large parking lot, which is very suitable for people who drive here. It includes breakfast (fried noodles, eggs, dumplings, steamed food, fried dough sticks, coffee, lemonade, and preserved egg porridge). Although it is not luxurious, the taste is okay. Afternoon tea is also provided. However, the hotel has a long history and the corridor facilities are relatively old. Although it is old, it is still acceptable during holidays. The room is small, and the service attitude is very bad. The auntie at the breakfast place has a bad attitude. A 6-year-old child has to pay 38 yuan for breakfast. I went to Chikan for fun. The surroundings were full. I came to this hotel for a reasonable price. It was over 200 yuan during the Chinese New Year. The room was large and had a south-facing balcony. You could sleep without turning on the air conditioner as shown in the photo.
