住了好多天，客房大姐衞生收拾的乾淨利落服務態度很好，環境很安靜房間很大很新，全屋語音控制很齊全，服務態度都很好很貼心，周圍也很方便，下次還會選擇入住

服務態度很差，我訂的大床房詢問的時候也向我確定了是否是大床房結果給的是雙床房，這就算了，轉天退房的時候八點半了，前台沒有人，你寫的24小時前台，結果來回找人找了十多分鐘都沒有人，我請問呢？？而且，房間桌子有污漬不知道是什麼明星就是沒擦，房間地板也很滑，如果用他們提供的拖鞋的話，衹要地板有一點點水都會打滑。最後！！請大家警惕消費陷阱，雖然他攜程頁面寫着礦泉水免費，但是喝的時候收費的和免費的放在一起，並且沒有任何標誌寫着收費，喝了就找你要錢，也是活不起了
