The hotel was very conveniently located, near the mrt station and the shopping area. The room was also very spacious and comfortable. Surprised that the bathroom had a bathtub! Bed was comfy too. Good value for money all things considered! The breakfast spread was a little bit limited but otherwise everything was good!

seems that some hotels forgot that their point is to make a stay enjoyable. I was just happy that my stay was over this hotel. Stayed here a couple years ago and enjoyed that experience a lot more. Now maintenance is clearly needed. Noise from room above and rooms to the side penetrated and prevented a restful night's sleep. Coffee machine broke and was promptly replaced. Telephone was not working properly. Was not replaced. Finicky AC thermostat kept going on and off and the clicking was obnoxious. AC had a slight drip that kept me up the last night. Cleaning schedule starts at 9:00 a.m. and that noise is noticeable and wakes you up early. Elevator is oddly slow to close and arrive. Breakfast is repetitive. Some of the staff is helpful and some of the staff is overwhelmed. No gym or other amenities. At check out nobody even asked how my stay was. The sad thing is there are worse hotels than this one in Taipei.

The buffet breakfast was in a spacious restaurant and had a decent variety of dishes. My favourite was the porridge and condiments. Nearby, there are convenient stores and also more shops underground leading to the trains, one of them is Mister Donut. The location was perfect for us. The hotel is just a couple of minutes away from Taipei Main Station and the pick-up point for day tour buses. The facilities and amenities were sufficient for us. The room was clean and comfortable, and had a view of Taipei Main Station. The staff at the front desk and restaurant were attentive, polite and helpful. I will choose Cosmos again when I visit Taipei again.

The hotel is very nice! But not very if it’s all the room type you booked but for my room it does not comes with towel so please check with the hotel staff. If not you can purchase a bundle for 200TWD that’s come with towel/water/tea and coffee and also slippers

I have really love this hotel. I feel so lucky to rest at San Want Resident. My room is accessible room that have the railing. It was make me more safety and accessibility when I use the bathtub. And the bathroom door is auto door. I liked it. The room view is the park that make me feel fresh when I got up in the morning. I hope I will come to San Want again.

My experience at this hotel was a 10/10. I’m amazed by the great hospitality and the amenities of the hotel. The room was very comfortable and had an interesting Onsen design which I totally loved. Nothing like relaxing with a hot bathtub after a long day exploring Taipei 🤩. There’s a cute temple nearby which I’ll attach in the pictures below.

Good location, walking distance to e.g. 101. A bit dated. Cleanliness is okay. Especially at night it’s a bit loud due to only single glazing windows and the busy street in front if the hotel.

Hotel is located in a nice part of town with many restaurants and close to MRT. It is also in a quite alleyway. The bath room tub is big and jacuzzi ready.

Positives: - The team's service and attitude are consistently professional and courteous throughout my entire stay. Everyone was professional. No one came across rude, impatient, or defensive. They thanked me for choosing them and also took responsibility/ownership on things they did not do right the first time. - They took notes on things you said and requested with immediate response or within 24 hours if needed more time. - They practiced active listening, asked clarification questions to ensure what I needed/requested. - Excellent breakfast, full of variety. They kept standard items standard by providing them daily but also added some variety by changing 3-5 dishes. All foods are fresh and prepared on site. - Housekeeping service had great attitude and was efficient in cleaning throughout the entire stay. - They have an elevator. Most hotels in Taiwan have elevators. - They are happy to help moving your luggage upon request. - Excellent hot shower temperature and pressure - Amenities provided in the room is abundant with good quality - They are trustworthy in honoring pre-agreed upon check-in requirements. Before booking this hotel, I asked about the check-in requirements and what I felt comfortable providing and what not. They agreed and executed accordingly. I appreciate how their words and actions are consistent, which is very different from some hotels (Best Western always acted inconsistently, Marriott, Hilton, and IHG hotels are spotty, some are good, and some are bad) in the US and Canada where they said/agreed one things and acted differently when I arrived at the front desk for check-in. Hotel services in Taiwan are generally much better in terms of service attitude and honoring their words. - Effective expectation management and communication - When raising issues, they took it with positive attitude: they always first owned it by providing a sincere apology, tried to solve it immediately. If they couldn't solve it right away, they asked for more time and provided a timeframe on when it would be solved. Throughout my stay, 50% of issues were solved immediately, and 50% were solved within 12 to 24 hours. No issues remained unresolved. - Common areas are always very clean and organized. Negatives: - Not always have people at the front desk to help open the heavy doors. Better to change it to auto-sliding doors. - The elevator carpet is gross and dirty: time to change it. There was a hair hidden underneath the hand towel on first day - raised the issue and they fixed it the next morning. Should not have missed at first place. - There was a dirty blue cup with watermarks all

The overall accommodation environment is very good~ The location is also convenient and the service is very kind The point is that there is an attached parking lot, which is very convenient for us who drive The only minor drawback is probably that the bed is not big enough😂 My bed 156 is just right, but my boyfriend is 176 feet tall outside
