Very nice location. But it’s up in the hill, so if you are traveling in busy days or at peek hours, there is going to be some traffic jam due to narrow of road ways. It could be a little inconvenient too if want to visit the town. There is an hourly shuttle bus. I enjoyed the hot spring tub a lot in my room. The room is fully furnished. Very spacious toilet.

Good hotel stay. Staying at the hotel makes it quite convenient to enjoy the hot springs. Each room has its own private bath tub with hot spring water. I liked the breakfast buffet options. They have light meal options for vegetarians such as congee and salad. All the food items are clearly labeled so it's easy for me to know what I can eat as a vegetarian. I think the staff might be overworked due to the large volume of day hot spring visitors. Maybe management should have more manpower planned so the current staff are not exhausted. The shuttle bus makes it easy to get around as the hotel is quite a way from the train station.

The hotel is just across the road from new beitou station, on the right side there is a 7-11. We were caught in the rain when we arrived at the hotel, they immediately provided towels and warm tea for us to dry ourselves and keep warm. They provide an upgrade to a deluxe room for a bigger hot spring bath for 3 pax. The staff brought us up into our room and gave us a quick brief about room amenities. They also assisted in getting us an airport transfer in the morning and packed our breakfast for our flight. Great service from the hotel staff.

The hotel's location is not in close proximity to the metro, and while shuttle service is provided, this was not communicated prior to check-in, which caused some inconvenience. However, the staff's service is commendable, as they are attentive and assist promptly with any issues. The accommodations are quite pleasant, offering ample space, although the hotel itself lacks a variety of facilities.

The overall attitude of the counter service staff is good, and it is quite close to the MRT station... so you can hear the sound of the MRT passing by. If someone on the corridor makes a loud sound, it will also be heard in the room, and the sound insulation is slightly poor.

The equipment is a bit old, the hot spring on the roof is not hot enough, and the water temperature in the footbath is too high. No one has made adjustments. However, the jacuzzi in the bathroom is quite comfortable, although it is a bit old.

The hotel is located near the Beitou Hot Spring Museum and the Beitou Park Open-Air Hot Spring Bath. It is about a 10-minute walk from the MRT station. It is very convenient. The receptionist was kind and polite. Thank you very much for upgrading us to a waterfront view suite. The facilities in the room are clean and spacious, with complete supplies and even provide hair conditioner and body lotion. The bathing and shower area can be ventilated and set up separately from the toilet. It is a good experience to stay in the bathing place on the same day. The CP value is very high. It is my first choice for bathing in Beitou.

Situated at 3 MRT stations away from Taipei Main Station, it is great location for exploring Taipei City. We got a good deal so the price is reasonable. Renovations were in progress the place looks a bit unkept and the room feels somewhat dusty. The room interior/fitting are very old but functional. The Jacuzzi us not working as hence only serve as a bath tube. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast (only tried once) is at a separate venue. It is cafe with limited menu but reasonable quality. Overall, not delighted/impressed but nothing really to complain about.
