Hotels near Miracle x House in Taipei

The price is very good. We only pay US$74( including buffet per room). The front desk staff is very friendly, easy-going and fluent in English. The room is spacious and the bedding is ok for the price. The only downside is that it takes a long walk from the hotel to the nearest subway station (Minquan Road Station (Minquan Rd. Station))). Other comments said that the hotel is close to the train station, in fact, it is not, it takes a long time to walk. But there is no complaint because there are many shops and shopping along the way. Airbus bus stop to and from Taiwan International Airport (Taiwan's International Airport), is only a minute walk from the hotel.

Ah, the room was showing its age, not bad but.......not enough outlets in the right places, many finishes need refreshing. Most notable, comfortable but small, quiet, as clean as it could be. The Taiwan special electric heated bidet style toilet seat, refreshing, welcome and puts USA toilets in 3rd or 4th place just above an outhouse with corn cobs for cleaning your backside. Hotel food was, fantastic. A buffet of fresh fish, vegetables, pork, beef and chicken. Shabu shabu for dining and cooking at the table. A steep but not objectionable price, (~$30 per head) Hagen Daz Ice cream, baked desserts, cheese cake. The steak served with the meal was small, maybe 2 oz and a little tough, but nice to see. The buffet room seats 75-100 people and was nearly full. Good to see. The service was excellent, no request went unfulfilled, all the staff was extremely responsive and made a great effort to speak English.

The room is clean and hygienic. Although the location is not close to the MRT station, it is easy to find. The picture is of the famous ”Gyeongbokgung Palace” opposite the hotel. A few streets away is the ”Shuangseong Street Night Market”, which opens for street food from dusk and is very lively at night. The service attitude of the hotel staff is very good. When staying during the New Year period, there are welcome snacks and fruits in the room. The room is clean and tidy, and you don't hear other guests making loud noises. However, because the hotel is on a busy street, and we Living in a side room, you can still hear garbage trucks, horns, and modified cars accelerating on the street at night! There is a simple kitchenette in the room, so you can simply heat food at night! The breakfast buffet is inferior in comparison. Apart from milk and soy milk, the protein for New Year's Eve breakfast on the first day is only steamed eggs, the second day is scrambled eggs, salted pork and shanks, and the third day is only tea eggs. I didn’t eat any meat at all for three days, especially on the third day, the dishes were empty for a long time, and there was no replenishment, so I could only eat more toast to wrap my belly. In addition, it is recommended that the restaurant staff wear masks, which is more hygienic!

Very near shuangcheng street night market and the mrt. Right beside the hotel is a supermarket of sorts which has everything you need from snacks to alcohol to shower products, and laundromat right opposite. Only gripe is that our soap was not refilled during cleanings and we actually ran out of body wash on the last day, and the gym was rather small.

It's just one street away from the next big street (Zhongshan North Road), so the environment is very quiet. ・The exterior, entrance, and interior of the hotel are all modern and clean. ・The hotel staff are also very kind. ・There were some stressful things. - I didn't know how to open the safe (the photo explanation didn't say how to open it either) - I couldn't open the drain cover in the bathroom (I asked the front desk and they said it was broken so I had to take it back) - I requested housekeeping for the entire day, but it wasn't done on the last day (the staff had changed, so I wasn't notified?) The last few points were disappointing because the hotel, people, and location were good.

I was looking for a hotel suite on election night in Taiwan. I called many five-star hotels and got very indifferent service. Among them, Grand Hyatt even hung up my phone (maybe accidentally). Finally, I called Yadu Lizhi, and their phone service made people feel warm and trustworthy. After entering the stay, the service from check in to room service was very satisfactory, and they took the initiative to provide more free bottled water for my three children. Although the decoration of the room and restaurant is no longer novel and a bit old-fashioned, the quality is very good, and even the softness of the pillow is satisfactory. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very good, the music is very particular, although the buffet breakfast is not much, it still makes us have a pleasant Sunday morning. The only thing that is crippling is the air conditioner. I adjusted it a few times and I still feel bored. After all, it is a bit old hotel. But because the price is reasonable, I have no complaints.

Location of hotel was super. Our triple bed room was very spacious and clean. We had kettle for boiling water as well as a Nespresso coffee machine. The toilet is very clean and well maintain. Toilet seat very comfortable with seat warmer, something I like during the cold morning and also the warm water bidet. One thing the hotel should look into is to provide more hooks in the toilet / bathroom. Also a towel rail. When I was using the bathroom I can't find another hook to hang my towel and change of clothing. Overall, I am very happy with our stay there. Will choose this hotel for subsequent visit, if the price is right. Thank all the wonderful hotel staff and breakfast staff for making our stay a happy one.
