Great location for what we needed - which was to be as close to Taipei Arena as possible. The room, although renovated, was rather underwhelming for the price we paid. Couple of issues I had was that only one pillow was provided per person and the air conditioning was not cold enough despite adjusting the thermostat.

We are very impressed with this hotel. Design is modern and pleasant. Facilities are new and sufficient. Staff are friendly and helpful. Most importantly the bed is super comfy. Free snacks and drinks are refillable daily. Nearby there’s a market with great local food. This is by far the best hotel we have ever stayed in Taipei so far. Will be back again!

City Suites Taipei is close to Rahoe Market walking distance to MRT station, convenience store, and 20minutes away to Taipei 101. Rooms are very clean but our room was located at Basement 3 so No window. 🙁

We booked the hotel at the last minute. Good place to stay. Near MRT station. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable and clean. There are only couple minor things that I am not too crazy about: 1.) there is no AC in the elevators 2) no Japanese toilet seat in the bathroom. (I like my Japanese toilet seats.) However, I would recommend the hotel and book it again in the future.

The staff are very helpful and polite. The hotel is very near the train station. Not sure about the facilities and food as we are out most of time.

Location of the hotel is great, close proximity with 10-15mins car ride to most major ”must visits”. The cleanliness of the hotel is top notch, sparkling clean everywhere. Gym is a little small though but basic essentials are there. Breakfast buffet spread was amazing wish I had more time and tummy space for all the food!

This was my first stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Taipei. The hotel is clean, and the room is quite spacious. Every evening, we'd return to find my used skincare products on the vanity neatly arranged, and even my charging cables coiled and tidily placed on the desk. The staff's attention to detail and organizational skills were truly impressive. The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for grabbing breakfast or exploring the surrounding area. I didn't have time to use the facilities, but I'm sure they're just as excellent. Overall, a great experience!

Very good experience during my stay in Taipei. Location : 30+ mins to airport and convenient to go many popular places, like night markets. Staff : very sincere and helpful and young. Breakfast : good enough portion and variety. Save our time to search different breakfast in the morning. Of course, it is convenient to have breakfast nearby. Hygiene : the lift is a bit old. Room is clean and tidy. Also, it is spacious enough. The toilet has standalone bathing area and bath tub. Seldom find such spacious room in Taipei. Others : Supermarkets like carrefour and PX Mart are just 10 mins distance. Very good experience and many thanks to the staff.
