The check-in staff were friendly and willing to assist us with any inquiries or requests we had. The helpfulness and courteousness made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Convenient Location: The hotel's location was truly advantageous, as it was within walking distance of Zhongyang Street, which is known as Asia's longest pedestrian street. This central location allowed us to easily explore and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Harbin. The inclusion of breakfast buffet and afternoon tea was a delightful addition to our stay. The hotel offered a decent selection of food during both meals, ensuring that we had a satisfying start to our day and a pleasant afternoon treat. Professional and Polite Driver: Our driver for the city tour, Mr. Gwu MiAn, was exceptional in his professionalism and attentiveness. He took us to the places we wanted to visit and made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey. His kind and polite demeanor, coupled with his provision of water to keep us hydrated, added an extra level of comfort to our city tour. Overall, our stay at was memorable and enjoyable. The rooms were really old，but staff was friendly and supported as much as they can. The staff was very supportive, child friendly and super fast. I was really impressed. Very nice rooms and good breakfast. Location a little in the middle of new town construction sites. The mall 10 mins walk away is great for shopping and restaurants. The hotel restaurant only offered breakfast but it was ok to order deliveries in. Hotel is slightly weird in that it’s also seems to be a neo natal staycation hotel with many nurses and families members hanging out in corridors at all times of night. Main issue with the rooms was that they were 28 degrees C and there was no way to cool them down slightly to be able to sleep well. Opening the windows didn’t help and the hotel aircon was understandably set to heating the room - maybe something they can think about. Nice hotel and a good stay- just didn’t sleep well.

We spent three nights in this hotel and found it to be a little further from everything we wanted to see and do, but that did not make our stay any less pleasant. The staff were attentive and incredibly friendly. The hotel looks out on a lovely pond that is frozen sold in winter and covered with a thick layer of snow. A perfect playground for young and old alike. Catching a Didi from the hotel is also fairly easy as it isn’t stuck right in the centre of the ice festival activities.

A renowned international hotel, everything is superb but the room price in northeast area seems extremely High. I had some issue with my prebooked hotel Haute, so I decided to stay with Ritz to ease my tension. Upon check-in at Ritz, the reception asked me what time is good for cleaning the room, even though I replied 10am, i did not expect they knocked my door right on the clock, this gave me the pressure I have to leave my room for them. Maybe not enough customers in the hotel? Also hotel staff sent me 4 cans of soft drink one evening?? I would be much happy if they could give me a bottle of Kvass, anything belongs to Harbin.

The hotel’s location is excellent, with Subway Line 2 right outside, making it easy to reach Snow and Ice World, Central Street, and other attractions. The breakfast was decent and very convenient, especially in the extreme cold when going out for food would have been tiring. The room was comfortable enough for a good rest, and the lobby had a grand and impressive design. Overall, a great choice for a stay, especially for those visiting in winter!

The location is very good, quiet in a busy city. It is close to the Ice and Snow World and Diamond Sea. It takes less than 10 minutes by taxi. It is 15-20 minutes from Central Street. The hotel service is also very good, and everyone is trying their best to meet the needs of the guests. Full of sincerity and warmth. I just want to make a suggestion. If the suite has executive privileges, can the minibar charge be cancelled? In fact, the minibar in the room is basically the same as what the executive lounge can provide. The Shangri-La executive privilege rooms in Ningbo and Hangzhou have cancelled the separate charge for the minibar.

The location is quiet, the sun is bright, the room is average, and the member upgrades the room to a high floor. Maybe because it has been used for a long time, many facilities have problems. The door seal is broken, and the whole ***** from the door lock is floating in the air. The three telephones in the room are all broken. The handheld shower head can only spray water to the left and right sides, and cannot be fixed in the middle. The front desk lady and the room maintenance master are quite enthusiastic in service; the breakfast is so-so, there are not many choices, and there is only one coffee machine, which often encounters malfunctions. There is a long queue, which is very inconvenient. I hope these hardware problems can be taken seriously. It is really important to improve the experience!

Indoor swimming pool temperature was enough to swim, hotel staff was all kind and sorted out everything quickly. We even could enjoyed the Lion Dance at the hotel lobby on the first day of ***** New Year. 交通：Hotel is just next to Wanda Mall so we could go LaoChangChunBing branch and big supermaket easily. 卫生：Pleasant stay except for some smoking smell.
