the location was great as its near restaurants and MRT very accesible. we just have concern about the airconditioner as it only works at night

I booked a non-smoking room, but the room had a strong smell of smoke. When I informed the staff, they didn’t offer much help and only suggested using an air freshener. Since the hotel was fully booked and there were no spare rooms, I had to stay in the same room and sleep with the smell for the entire stay.

The hotel customer service staff was nice and the room was clean
The location was great and they even upgraded me to a quad room on the first day

The environment is clean and the rooms, though small, are exquisite and comfortable. The location is excellent, right near the Shilin MRT Station, making it convenient and fast to travel to various attractions in Taipei. It is an excellent accommodation choice.

The room looks old but it is in a good location and is clean. It is a good place to have your own room in Taiwan. However, it does not seem worth it as hotels in Taiwan are indeed expensive.
