The hotel is average. Nothing bad, but nothing impressive either!

This is my second time staying here. Last time I stayed in 122, which is one of the two more independent rooms on the left when you come out of the elevator on the 10th floor. It was very good, but I could hear the noise of the guests next door coming in and out from time to time. This time I stayed in room 115, which was not so good. I saw two very small cockroaches on the table and on the slippers. As soon as I opened the refrigerator, several "little mosquitoes" flew out. The soundproofing is very poor, and I can hear the neighbors talking a little louder. When I was asleep, I was woken up twice by the sound of the neighbors running water, it was like ringing in my ears. The B&B provides earplugs, but I didn't use them because I wasn't used to them. There is a construction site next door and the upstairs is also being renovated, so it starts to get busy after 8:30, so it won't have much of an impact if you get up early and go out to play. The price is quite cheap, the service attitude is also very good, the location is very convenient, 5 minutes walk to Shuanglian MRT Station, there are two convenience stores downstairs, a breakfast shop nearby, and Carrefour is 7 minutes walk away.

1. The pillow is of poor quality and has no support at all. 2. The springs of the bed are so loose that they make a sound even when you sit on it lightly. 3. If the quilt bag is reversed, you must handle it yourself. 4. The legs of the desk chair are too small and I dare not sit down. 5. The service attitude of the cleaning staff is very good. 6. Flower sunbathing water has strong power. 7. The only solo sofa in the room was too dirty and I didn’t dare to sit down.

advantage: The location is ideal, 10 minutes away from Shuanglian MRT Station and within walking distance to Ningxia Night Market. There is FamilyMart and 711 downstairs. There is a hospital nearby. shortcoming: There is construction upstairs and it is very noisy in the morning!!! The network is unstable and affects TV playback. Poor sound insulation!

The hotel said all rooms are non-smoking, but the one we were given smelled like smoke. I can accept it if there is only a little cigarette smell, but this time I really couldn't stand it. I asked to change to another room. The staff said that there happened to be another room for me that didn't smell of smoke.

The room equipment in the second building is slightly old and the wallpaper is lifted. The sound insulation is poor because the rooms are lightly spaced. The next door can speak clearly, the iron door is very noisy, and the floor cleaning is not careful and greasy. I'm a little disappointed that the 168 Group's hotel is aging and not refurbished.
