Star Ximen

Great location in the middle of Ximending Walking street. there are only floor 9th-10th. I stay in room for 4 person for 3 nights but i only stay with my husband and 1 son so it’s very convenient room very clean very quite even though there is renovation construction in day time but they keep quiet i can’t even hear anyone talk. Free Daily water may have to ask if you stay more than 1 night.

Very strategic location. Room was clean and spacious for two people. Make up room service ware available daily if you request before 11am. Would book again in next visit

Good experience, the hotel is located at the center of Ximending, near to Ximen MRT, easy to find food and very happening in the night. By the way, it's difficult to see the lift to go up to the hotel, we asked a lady at a stall nearby to get us to the lift.

The location is amazing near Ximending Commercial Center. You don't have to go far to enjoy the Place. Highly recommended to all my frends and family. Thank you

hey Traveller,from my point of view.It not easy to find this hotel especially when it is located on the 9th floor and after coming out from the metro. It seem near but can be walking round and round the place.the bed is quite springs old and only provide 2 pillow. Unlike other 3 star hotel which I stay before. This hotel charges Any additional pillow costs u twd100 per day. The cleaning lady is good and friendly more to the help desk.

We loved the location. It's very convenient and right in the middle of shopping area, food and, goodies. The rooms are renovated, quite clean except the entrance and the elevators are quite dirty and very smelly. The hotel is located on the 9th and 10th floor. You need to observe the sign very well.

Strategic location at xi men din. Easily to find food and convenience store. Building under renovations so do expect some noise and smell.

this hotel is good, clean and cheaper than the other hotel in ximending.. near to xending night market and ximen station. the service are also good

I know the saying goes “you get what you paid for” but i think cleanliness is not something money can buy. This hotel has full of dust! The common stuff that clients usually hold onto like remote or bedside table! I’ve tried cleaning again using my wipes and my suspicions are correct (see photo below). I immediately felt itchy the moment i laid in bed but since i rarely even there,i just kept silent. It was days after my trip that i’ve noticed i already had some red itchy patches on my legs. The staffs were not approachable at all. They did not even let me use the bathroom in that floor just for me to have a quick change of clothes since i had a long flight and i understand that their check in time is 3pm. And their hotel is freakin hard to locate, even on google maps! The moment you type “star ximen hotel”, some chinese name popped out. So how am i going to understand if what im typing is correct? I ended up getting lost several times, so i just type the stores next to them like “crocs” or “amba” coz its easier to find. 🤦♀️ When i checked out early in the morning, the staff did not bother to check the room, which led me to think if there were cameras inside my room, like, what if i steal something there? i know trust is not the issue here. 🤔 And it always bothers me every time i go shower since the ceiling had some cracks! I was being so paranoid because of the recent earthquake and they did not even reassure me or tell me that is probably nothing. Do not book this hotel. Period.
