Stayed in December 2024, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to arrange a special breakfast for us when we had an early departure flight.
The daily breakfast was decent but lacked variety, which could become monotonous if you're staying for an extended period.
A minor issue was the room's cleanliness. One day, we returned at 4 PM, and the room hadn’t been made up yet. However, the staff managed to prepare it within 15 minutes, leaving me to question whether it was thoroughly cleaned.
On the positive side, the hotel is committed to environmental sustainability. Items like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and combs are available upon request, so plan accordingly.

Hotel just directly a stone away from ximending main entrance. Staff is very friendly. Near main road easier to take cab. Train station just less than 200m away. Breakfast is good too.

Very nice hotel. Worth the price. We had to leave early for our flight and they prepared breakfast bento for us. Would definitely stay again!

Clean hotel and few minutes walk to ximending area. Next to ximen station. Self service laundry.

Day 1, room lock was not working so changed another room upon checking in.
Day 2, on different booking had to change room again not able to stay on the same room.
Day 3, as usual
Day 4, shower tap spoiled after return from day outing, given another room for shower in the night and next morning usage.
Day 5, Tap repaired.
Only good point, location is in Ximending. Rooms are small, no window and one of the design the toilet and sink area is separated by a curtain as divider partition.
No no for rebooking.

Excellent customer service experience that we got from front desk staff- Gennie, Albert and another gentleman that we forgot to get the name. They were doing the afternoon shift when we were there from 20-24 Jan. They were so friendly and were so caring. Excellent location and room was spacious and clean. The room service guy was also very friendly whenever he saw us. These staff really helped the hotel live up to the standards and rating. Will definitely book again when we are back to Taipei.
