Super prime location at Xi Men Ding. Was recommended by a good friend and indeed was a great stay. Hard firm bed, two soft pillows , nice shower area , that's all we need .

The hotel is very centrally located in Ximending. Easy with MRT to all main attractions. The reception staff is nice in a formal way, while the staff in the breakfast room are not very nice, they don't smile or say good morning. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and didn’t get one good morning. The bed is quite hard, the water pressure in the shower is very poor. And it’s smells old because of wall to wall carpet. The door is not soundproof and you can clearly heard everything outside. We will try to find another hotel next time we come to Taipei.

Location was great.. walk out the door to food, massage, boba tea and more food..
Red House and train station are near by.. there are some good whisky shops nearby as well as Kavalan.
We were in a suite room in the building at the back.. the room was enormous.. bathroom a good size, but the toilet was in a weird small glass cubicle..
The room was clean but showed signs of aging in the furniture and bathroom..
Breakfast was basic and limited in variety.. most things were either bland or over salted.. so I gave it a miss..
There are lots of hotels in the area that could offer a better choice for the money..

Hotel with good location in ximending. My choice when I’m in Taipei. Would recommend especially if you’re ok with minimal hotel facilities

Everything was clean, comfortable, and the service was excellent. The only issue was the pillows. They were too soft and sank down completely when I rested my head, which made it difficult to sleep well. It would be helpful to have firmer pillow options available.

Located centrally in XMD, fuss-free stay qith a good shower (decent water pressure) & relatively spacious bathroom, comfortable bed and you get bottled water daily. A bit of dust & dirt on the floor but nothing too insane, they also provide room slippers. There is also free breakfast offered.
P.S One thing to note is if you hate the smell of 螺蛳粉, there is a restaurant right beside the hotel that sells it and that smell permeates the hotel lobby 😂

We enjoyed our stay at Inhouse Hotel despite encountering a few issues. The location is convenient, as it's situated in the Ximending area, with plenty of shopping, dining options, and a nearby train station. However, the hotel only has one elevator, which can sometimes be a hassle as we had to wait for it. On a positive note, the hotel provides umbrellas, which came in handy during unexpected rainy weather. When we arrived in our room, we were greeted with a rusty, broken hair dryer, and we had to call reception for a replacement. Additionally, one night, we encountered a cockroach in our room.
