Hotel Puri Ximen

Fantastic hotel to stay in, clean and comfy, with a great location to boot! I come to Taipei every year for a short trip and this is my choice every year.

Good place to stay close to the night market and Mrt they have free coffee and 2 bottles of water and a small fridge

Very good location , many shop around and easy access to mrt station , definitely will consider again if visit taipei

Clean and staff are accommodating, the only problem is they dint have bidet, recommended and we will be back here!

As a family traveling to the city, we chose Hotel Puri for its excellent location, and I have to say, it didn’t disappoint in that department. It’s right in the heart of everything — super convenient for sightseeing and dining, so we didn’t have to waste much time traveling around. That said, the hotel is located down a small alley, which can be a bit tricky to find at first, so make sure you have directions handy when you arrive. One thing to note is that there’s only one lift in the hotel. It’s not a big deal unless you're there during peak times — we found ourselves waiting a bit longer than expected, especially with kids in tow. So if you're on a tight schedule, that’s something to keep in mind. Now, the room size was a bit of a challenge for our family. We had a standard room and it was extremely small — it was difficult to even open our 25-inch suitcase fully, let alone have much space to move around. With kids, this was a little tight, and we had to get creative with storage for our bags and gear. Overall, for the price you're paying, you're really just getting a no-frills hotel with an unbeatable location. If you’re looking for more space or a luxurious stay, this might not be the place for you. But if you’re okay with a modest room and just need somewhere central to rest your head while exploring the city, it works.
