This is actually a good hotel with their age. I’ve been here couple time before Covid. Room still clean and good customer service, especially the older from the Bell desk, he takes very good care of the guests from the Bell desk.

The hotel generously upgraded our rooms from twin single beds to twin double bed.
The location is absolutely fantastic and strategic as it is located just across major transportation nodes for HSR, Local Train and Metro.
The rooms may look a bit dated but if aesthetic isnt a major concern, all else considered, it was a convenient and pleasant stay.

Air conditioning not functioning well , temperature always at 25 degree , the bathtub is not suitable for an elderly, easy to have an accident. Check in service is average , maybe 2-3 stars level

The hotel is a bit older, but it's been renovated and feels much better. The staff are friendly and responsive, and the location is incredibly convenient. There's a convenience store downstairs, and you can take the MRT without needing to open your tent even when it's raining. There are also plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.
