The room is very good, overall it's rated as a 5 star hotel. The only issue is the attitude of the service staff especially the front desk, who don't carry a smile on their faces and they don't have any expression on their faces and don't make the guests feel welcome at all.

Aside from the front desk staff when we checked in at around 11pm who was a bit sassy, generally, this was a great stay. The location was convenient as Ximen was a stone’s throw away, and right across the hotel, there was a Carrefour with lots of restaurants to choose from. The AI system in the hotel room was very convenient. The tub inside the shower was a nice touch. Will definitely stay here again if I come to Taipei again as the price was well worth it.
