Via Hotel Taipei Station

Loved staying at this hotel. It felt very safe, clean and comfortable. We had the 807 room and it was very quiet. Location: Super convenient to the Taipei Main Station Metro, TRA and HSR. Closest exit is the Z10 or NTU Station. Amenities: Everything you need away from home and more. Loved their free-flowing of drinks, desserts and snacks. Service: Super friendly and helpful. Recommendation for breakfast was spot-on. Beddings: Extremely comfortable and excellent quality. Cleanliness: Overall, the place felt very clean and no smell. Toilet silicone may need some bleach to take out the mould that is just starting to grow. Baggage storage is available. I highly recommend this hotel. Beats the ones I've stayed in Ximending anytime. I will definitely stay back at this hotel when I next return to Taipei. Keep up the good work, team Via Hotel.

Overall, it was a good experience. Love the snacks corner with nice coffee, dessert, biscuits. A place to chill. Did not manage to try the ice cream and instant noodles. Bed was clean, and staff was friendly and helpful eg. asking for directions

Great little hotel in the middle of the city within walking distance to a lot of the sightseeing places and public transportation. It is basic with neat extras like a common area with drinks and snacks, even with instant noodles. Two free massage chairs in the basement area, too. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. They also managed to arrange airport transfers, especially if you have a late arrival or early departure when there is limited public transport.

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. The free drink bar below was really great and relaxing. Although the hotel was a little narrow, it was expected for being in that area, for the price it was really worth it! Would definitely recommend

The location of the hotel is very conveniently located near Taipei Main MRT Station in walking distance. The staff are very friendly and helpful even calling taxi’s for us. The lobby is clean and has a big bear on the sofa 😊 They also provide cold bottles of water and some goodies (soft-served ice cream) at the snack bar. We definitely will book this hotel again when we visit Taipei again.

Love this hotel. Near to NTU Hospital Station (Red Line) and National Taiwan Museum. It has heated toilet seat, bidet and provide shower gel and shampoo. We love the snacks bar, it provides free flow mineral water, pudding jelly and coffee & tea. It is next to family mart which we always bought sweet potato as breakfast. We are muslim couple and finding halal food for breakfast quite difficult as most halal shop open later during the day. 15 mins walking distance from ximending to hotel. Which not bad and the walk is just straightforward. As if taking MRT need to change multiple times since Ximen is blue line.
