The experience was not pleasant. Upon arriving at the hotel late at night, we were informed by the hotel manager that they had oversold our room. Consequently, we were required to change hotels on the first day and return to this hotel the following day. The entire process was extremely lengthy, leaving us all exhausted. The reason I had booked this hotel for two nights was to avoid a tiring schedule of constant packing and unpacking our luggage. The on-duty manager had also promised to upgrade our room and provide us with lounge access after our return. However, these promises were not kept. The room upgrade was not made, and lounge access was also not provided.
To add on, there was no waiting area in front of the lobby, so you might want to reconsider choosing this hotel if you’re using Uber or car booking services.
Despite the overall quality of the hotel, I will not be booking it again.

The hotel is at station nangang, which is one station away from Nangang exhibition centre site , at Eastern part of Taipei. Very convenient for exhibition visitors and exhibitors there.

Great location connected to 2 malls and to the train station on the blue line. Though a bit further from areas like Ximending, the blue line is very convenient for getting around. Hotel is truly comfortable and clean, though note that toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided. The hairdryer is really weak as well. Nonetheless, staff are really attentive and nice. Thanks to Ginny who let us check in early as well after our early morning flight. Simply delightful stay and I would recommend!!

Good bed, good breakfast.
But in room light is not working so well.
It turn on and off by itself so many times during the nights. Service was fine but not fit with the marriot standard. Reception and maid looking tired and confused. Location is the best part of this trip.
It has shopping malls and mrt. connected to the hotel building . Very convenience.

Location-wise: Don’t stay in this hotel for a short trip - the location is a big no cuz it always takes at least 30min ride to the attractions like ximending or xinyi shopping area. We can barely go back late at night when the public transport back to the hotel ends the service. This hotel is only for those who have a car or motorbike or someone who don’t mind wasting time on buses and trains.
Service-wise: Staff are nice, but not mindful enough to ensure the best services. The shampoo and conditioner had been running out since day 1. I told the staff to refill during room service, but he forgot about this and we have to use our own shampoo…
Facility-wise: The toilet socket has worn out and looks a little dangerous. The hair dryer provided was weak af that I can barely dry my hair. The heat function sometimes just couldn’t activate
Overall: this hotel is overpriced and disappointed me so much. Its quality doesn’t match with its price. It should be down-priced for people who can sacrifice their experience for a lower fare. USD 200 just doesn’t make sense at all.

- perhaps due to super peak period (new year countdown), service was a little lacking (likely due to super high occupancy) but can see that staff trying their best to cope
