I would recommend to anyone staying in Taipei! The staff is very helpful. Excellent customer service. Loved my room and although I didn’t get to enjoy all the amenities (bar, dining, gym) they looked amazing. The view from the 13th floor is beautiful. The location of the hotel is close to the MRT station and a lot of food and shopping! Will definitely be back!

Close to the subway station. The hotel is on a quiet street but close to the main street and shopping areas.

The service is top notch, I would said it’s the best service from all the staff in the hotel. They were very helpful and attentive, arrange all our massage booking and also restaurants… We actually had small accident during our cycling activities.. The hotel was very well prepared with all the safe aids and the staff is professional enough to help us to the cleaning and apply med on the injuries..they also have very nice cocktails bar with very good drink in the hotel .

Location was wonderful, and you can walk to metro in 5 minutes.
The hotel has no swimming pool, therefore with the Taipei heat, something is missing.
