A nice quiet and beautiful place located near restaurants, night market, and easier to get to the mrt station

Location is great because it’s just near Raohe Night Market. We have no trouble during our stay. It’s just that i don’t think the room is clean enough. But overall, it’s okay.

The hotel room is small for 4 person. Luggage space is non existent. Small window that can’t see much. The service from staff is good and helpful.. the location is at songshan which is good to travel with both MRT and train to hualien or yilan. Bus 1062 to jiufen….

The hotel is very good, toilet and bathhub verywell. Staff is very professional and friendly.

I was here for only four days and the room was really nice. Everything was clean, the AC was well working and the matress comfortables ! Bathroom was clean and towels was included.

The place is ok. I will probably stay here again since it is near the city and easy to commute. Hoping to stay here next next month!

The hotel is close to the Raohe Street Night Market. The food and transportation are very convenient. The room is very clean and the CP value is very high. I will consider it again next time I am on a business trip and will recommend it to my friends.

The hotel is located in a building, very close to Raohe Street Night Market. The bathroom is clean and separated from wet and dry areas. The old hotel had thick carpets that prevented moisture from dispersing, and it was a confined space, making it difficult to take a deep breath. The sheets were clean, but the quilt was deformed and varied in thickness. The lady at the front desk had a bad temper. She originally booked a room that couldn't be canceled for free, but a family member came over and asked: Is there a triple room? No. Question: Are there still rooms for four people? We will make up the difference and adjust the room type! I called three times at different times and they all said: No. But the reservation website shows that it is still available. Because I didn’t want to change hotels, I patiently asked many times. The front desk also lied: the room type is full. (Obviously unwilling to help adjust) It was eight o'clock in the evening when we arrived, and we asked again on the spot: Are there any rooms for four people? The front desk said without hesitation: No. I took out the current information on the reservation website, and the front desk said: Pay the difference and the room will be given. It's just a small thing that makes up for the difference, which makes people angry. The front desk plays such a big role and stands on the front line of the service desk. It is incapable of empathy and will greatly damage tourists' evaluation of the hotel.
