The room has no coffee and no soap for washing hands and airconditioner needs a good clean. Also the lady at the reception was sleeping and took a long time before she came out. It’s not safe for guests she is paid to do her job and needs to be at reception for service and safety 24/7! Location is good with plenty of delicious food around like the dumplings I found upon 50 meters walk from the hotel.

Affordable cheap near train station Taipei main station walking around 5 minutes

Just 10mins walk from Ximen station, staff was friendly and the room was clean and affordable. 😁😁😁 They offer king size bed !!! 😍😍😍

They have a really good, really accomodating receptionist who is always there.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks we were in Europe. Good and affordable price to stay, in the middle of the taipei city with affordable food and shopping stall! Love it!

This may look uninviting on the ground floor, but when you reach the 4th floor where this hotel is situated, you will be amazed how inviting it is, the smell is good, and most of all, the room is very clean, nice and organized.

nice location and great value to stay, surround many walk shopping places

The hotel is in a good location and the staff is friendly. The hotel is very dated and dingy looking. Overpriced for what it is. I wouldn't stay here again.

Great and cheaper than outside

The place in itself is clean, but in the stairwell leading to the hotel I saw some dead cockroaches. No roaches in the hotel itself, but if you are a little sensitive, better always take the elevator. My bedsheets had two holes as well and were not changed over my stay, neither was the room cleaned. Also bring your soap, bc the hotel doesn’t provide it.

Surprisingly nice and cosy hotel. The exterior of the building looks old and run down but the interior is pretty modern and clean. Nothing fancy but good value for money. Located beside a community sports center whereby anyone can pay just NT$50 for an hour in a pretty large and adequate public aircon gym. There’s a swimming pool at B1 and golf simulator at level 2. Other pay-per-use sports facilities include table-tennis, badminton, basketball and rock climbing. Not too far (about 10min walk) from ximen and beimen train stations
