The hotel is located at a very strategic place, near to MRT. The receptionist is friendly. The room is clean and neat. Overall good

Gave us a room where the lock didn’t work so they had to change our room. The air duct filters are dirty. Fluffs of dust flew from the vent each time we turned on the air conditioning. Could see the layers of dust in the bathroom filter as well.
No laundromat and there isn’t a public laundromat nearby. Eastin Taipei which is in the same building on a higher floor has a laundromat.
Breakfast is mediocre; some sad looking buns, congee and cereal.
Staff isn’t particularly friendly but they do their job. Very strict no late check out policy unless you’re willing to pay NT300/hr.
However the location is extremely good.

Highly recommended👍🏻 The hotel is located at the heart of shopping district besides MRT station. Lot of eateries nearby and the breakfast is good. They even serve free flow of snacks (assorted biscuits, mini pancake, etc.) after breakfast time. Really enjoyed the bubble tea from Orange Tea shop which is at downstairs only. Will definitely book this hotel again when I visit Taiwan.

Its very good location, the girls were very helpful but the internet was down and didn’t work 90% of our stay. Had to come out of the bedroom to the lounge for internet which wasn’t always work and if it worked it was very slow. Thanks

The hotel is in a very good location, 2 mins walking distance to MTR station, 24 hours around with different cuisines surrounded the hotel area. The hotel staff has good customer service including the housekeeping team. The cleanliness is excellent, the breakfast has limited choice but it is alright at this price with no complaint. Will definitely stay again in my next visit.
