This was our second stay at the hotel, and overall, we had another lovely experience as a family. The facilities continue to impress — everything feels new, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The kids especially enjoyed the game room, and we all appreciated the relaxing hot spring and outdoor pool. Cleanliness was absolutely five-star, and the service remained warm and welcoming, just as we remembered. The only small letdown compared to our previous visit was the happy hour. Last time, there was a wider variety of food and fun little games and prizes for the kids, which added a special touch. This time, the offerings were noticeably scaled back, with only a few snacks and no kid-friendly extras.

Wonderful stay - Worth every penny! I absolutely loved my stay, even I think it’s a bit pricy. The services and amenities were exactly what I expected- and more! The room was cozy and spotless, appreciated all the thoughtful touches (eg slipper, face mask and fruits) The breakfast was a standout - one of the best I ever had! If you are into health eating, you’ll love the fresh, nutritious ingredients. Highly recommended.

The room was cozy and clean, with a modern Japanese-inspired design. The highlight was definitely the in-room hot spring bath — perfect for winding down after a day of sightseeing. The onsen water was clear and smelled natural, and the bath area was spacious for two. Service was friendly and efficient, with staff speaking decent English and always ready to help. Breakfast was included, and though the spread wasn’t huge, it was thoughtfully curated with a mix of Western and ********* options.

In room hot spring is wonderful. The public bath is clean and well equipped. There are various types of beverages for guest to replenish fluids during hot spring soaking. Room is clean. Friendly staff. The Hotel Japanese restaurant serves high quality japanese cuisine, especially sukiyaki.

Highly recommend this hotel, from the moment you step in the hotel they serve you in a waiting room while you are waiting for check in, then send you to the room and offer you all free drinks and masks and fruits, everything is for free. Room so clean and the in-room bathtub is perfect and our 3 years old daughter. There’s playroom and public hot tub in the hotel too. We will book the same hotel next time for sure

A comfort hotspring hotel at great location near new Beitou station. The facilities are modern and cosy, a very pleasant stay to discharge your soul and body. We love this hotel. The only note is the swimming pool required cap and is compulsory.
