Front desk agents are very friendly and helpful on moving my luggages from the street. Because it is on Thursday night stay, therefore the room rate is competitive. But the room rates for Friday, Saturday and Sunday are much higher for me to seek other options. The room carpet needs replacement. There is no luggage rack and space for placing my luggages, except on the floor. Room size is small, therefore more suitable for one double bed instead of two single beds.

if you don't mind an older building, it's not so bad, a bit out of the way, but closer to the airport, they have an interesting key system which i've never seen before, you hand in your key at the desk when you leave the hotel, and pick it up when you enter, it means you will never lose your key, but also means you have to check in and out every time you want to leave

The room is a bit small but comfortable and cosy for both of us. The room and toilet are well maintained and clean. We're happy with the reception staff, they are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but I would suggest a wider spread of choices. Overall, we're happy with our stay .. quiet and safe environment :). There are quite a number of eateries near the hotel and very convenient to travel to other places via the train.
