Very cheap and comfortable, just near the Beitou MRT station, eight people room, the upper and lower bunks are very stable, I leave at five o'clock in the morning, I need to put the key into the small box, there is a sense of trust, if I have more time to talk to others, I will feel like a very international, very political person, Just like Sun Wen or **. Although towels, toothpaste and toothbrushes are not provided, they can be purchased in coins. Toothpaste and toothbrushes are only 15 yuan. It is very environmentally friendly and self-help. The disadvantage is that the lighting and chat sound affect sleep.

The hotel was very conveniently located, near the mrt station and the shopping area. The room was also very spacious and comfortable. Surprised that the bathroom had a bathtub! Bed was comfy too. Good value for money all things considered! The breakfast spread was a little bit limited but otherwise everything was good!

A good hotel that is well located in Taipei. The ben though the exterior is somewhat dated, the interior is adequate and well kept. Breakfast is pleasant and service attentive. The only word of caution is being given a room that is interior facing and can be somewhat dark in the day time; maybe uncomfortable for those who yearn for natural light.

Location for this hotel is good as it’s just beside Wanhua TRA, Metro station just behind it which makes my family to travel around easily. Many great eateries nearby and mini marts too. Hotel room is good, daily room cleaning services with very polite cleaning staffs. Except that the aircon filter needs to be clean up as the dusts are trapped inside the room which can be seen on the bed headboard n mirror. Stayed for 6 nights and everything was great. Very helpful staffs at the reception n concierge counters to resolve our queries despite late night hours. The only dissatisfaction was that lady hotel staff manning beside the duty manager counter on Sunday 17/03/24 noon, we can visually witness her rolling her eyes with unhappy expression when her colleague informed her that we would like to do currency exchange.

I recently had a stay at this hotel, and overall, it was a positive experience. The service provided was commendable, and the staff were consistently polite, which made for a pleasant atmosphere. However, there were a couple of aspects that could be improved. The hotel's policy on early check-in and late check-out could be more flexible. This would greatly benefit guests who have specific timing requirements for their stay. One major drawback was the faulty air conditioning in our room. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked, and they couldn't provide a similar room as a backup. This was disappointing, as it demonstrated a lack of proactive management on the hotel's part.In addition, when we reported the faulty air conditioning, the hotel management promptly arranged for a contractor to service it. However, it was scheduled for the very next day, which meant an uncomfortable night in our room. It would be beneficial if they could expedite such essential maintenance to minimize guest inconvenience. On the bright side, the hotel's location was fantastic, offering easy access to popular attractions and convenient transportation options. Despite the air conditioning issue, I would consider staying here again in the future, hoping for better flexibility on check-in/check-out times and improvements in room management.

I love the hotel! My stay was very comfortable and pleasant. The room and toilet was very clean, with daily housekeeping service, and the bed was very comfy. Check in and check out was quick. Room service breakfast was very scrumptious at a very responsible price. Certainly a 5-star experience. I will definitely be back the next time I’m ever in Taipei! Only downside is that it is located 10 mins walk away from Ximen station, it is, however, near Xiaonanmen station which is 5 minutes away. Not a dealbreaker for me though. You can always Uber from Ximen to the hotel at around 100NTD :)

It’s once of the best hotel in Taipei. Hotel staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Amenities are good. But distant between the hotel and the nearby subway station is quite far. But busstop are located nearby. Highly recommended

Trip with my mum and sister. It’s nice and cozy hotel! Near to bus station and also MRT/metro station! It’s convenient almost for everything! There’s lots of delicious food and restaurants around as well! Staff are very helpful and friendly as well! Will come back again if I visit Taipei ! Thank you! The grand experience is worth the money we paid. Highly recommended. The toilet seats are warmed, has bidet spray built-in and easy to use. The balconies are super spacious, like a size of the room. The view facing the city skyline is so pretty. You can see the Taipei 101. The hotel has its own road entrance, a little isolated but not to worry as its always easy to book an uber or cab.
