We arrived at the hotel tired and exhausted after an overnight flight, and we were greeted by the lovely Francesca with a warm smile. She went above and beyond to provide us with extensive and interesting information about the city, including recommendations for entertainment venues and attractions. The hotel itself is conveniently located, close to the airport and with ample parking. The rooms we received were clean, spacious, and tidy. The entire hotel is tastefully designed, and there's even a fantastic rooftop where we enjoyed a relaxing and enjoyable evening. The hotel has great gym and spa facilities, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We want to especially thank Francesca for her exceptional service. She was available and assisted us with every question or request, including essential administrative assistance we needed. This experience was the perfect ”welcome” to Italy for us, and we are sure that when we return to Italy, we will return to this hotel as well.

This hotel offers a stunning view over the Lake Maggiore. There is also a mini pool for those who prefer closed water (4 people maximum). The city of Meina has nothing to visit itself, but the hotel is located at 5mn drive from Arona where there are multiple restaurants and activities to do during the day. There are free and secure parking spaces (both indoor and outdoor). The hotel also offers an EV charger for the price if €40 per night (pretty expensive as there is a cheap public fast charger nearby, but still useful 😂). The rooms were clean and all have a terrace. An advise would be to choose a lake-view room as the others are located just over a national road with a lot of traffic. The front staff is kind and provided good restaurant recommendations.

It’s just not good, it’s too good for vacation. The room is perfect. The entire corner of the manor is very clean. Although the front desk has a strange accent, it is a very reassuring resort hotel. The little castle just happened to have a wedding. It took a very nice and quiet day. Everything is very good, breakfast is not much, but it is delicious. The set menu of 70 euros for dinner is recommended. In addition to the location, there is no great scenery. The hotel is very good.

Set in a peaceful area close to a lovely little town called Sesto Calende. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely balcony overlooking woodland. As it is out of the way, they also sell plated meals at reasonable prices which can be heated in their kitchen area, if you don’t want to head out. Lovely staff, will definitely return.

Very good accommodation! Polite and helpful staff. I would like to give more than 10/10 if I could. Every detail was thought out and rooms have everything for having a restful stay for a night after a long journey as we had and for a longer stay too…. Comfortable beds, slippers in the bathroom very good breakfast….everything ! We definitely will choose this hotel again during our next drive to Italy.

Beautiful location, very suggestive and with breathtaking views. The rooms are comfortable, quiet and spacious, as well as extremely clean. The breakfast is excellent, with both numerous sweet options and as many savory alternatives. Small detail much appreciated: a welcome bag of biscuits for my little dog, which he particularly appreciated. In a nutshell: highly recommended hotel!

Another lovely stay at this family run hotel. I am not sure how many times we have stayed now but it does not disappoint. Don't come here if you like large chain run hotels, as this is a family run hotel with rooms overlooking beautiful Lake Orta - in which you can swim from the hotel or use the newly refurbished swimming pool. A lovely restaurant overlooking the lake with excellent food and service. A great roof top bar and friendly and helpful staff.

The location is excellent, just a few meters from the coastal road. The (sportboat) port is only 200 metres away, so you can walk on the sea side to the other end of the place to take the ferry there. The hotel is conducted by two business-made ladies, who made me a stick for a single trip room 140 euros, which was clearly too much. Unfortunately, in open windows, sleep is hardly thought, because in about 30 meters away the freight trains pass, if you have the room to the wrong side. The bathroom was newly made, beautiful tiles and a modern shower. Some things, for example, that the water hanger is too close to the washing venue and you can hardly get the hand below it, you still like the Italian charm what has annoyed me: When I sticked to the door frame, I sticked my shirt to the sealing mass that no longer could be removed from the shirt. However, the garden with the pool, Even if it's a little cold from mid-September. Breakfast is Italian. So you should not expect much of it. Unfortunately there was no ordinary cappuccino.
