親子房和圖片相符，衞生乾淨，意外發現還有個陽台空氣流通，空調正常衞手間挺乾淨，就是有點小沒異味，洗澡水熱水量大。名宿老闆態度和藹親切友善，滿意！地理位置很好，離公交站近，周邊溜達都方便，還有樓下就是警衞處和消防站，有安全感。 唯一覺得不太好就是，同層樓的房內是沒有獨立衞生間的，碰到不顧及別人的，就很鬧騰，12點多了開門洗簌談笑聲大

狀元客棧在泰寧古城的狀元街裡，汽車無法直接進入狀元街，還好客棧離狀元巷牌樓比較近，下車走百把米就到了，雖然有大行李，但還算方便。 房間用品都好，衛浴間其實不小，可以隔成乾濕分離的淋浴間，目前用簾子隔開，馬桶還是在裡面一起淋浴，別有一番風味。 酒店旁邊不遠就有餐館，吃飯沒問題。 民宿與客棧的屋主都很和善，感覺窩心。 屋頂可以曬衣服，還有不錯的小花園，蠻賞心悅目的。
