設施：較為陳舊，門鎖採用傳統的鑰匙，特別難開。門框頂部有一個大裂縫，成了蚊蟲的陽光大道。洗手間沒有抽風機。馬桶蓋是壞的。淋浴間竟然有兩個不防水的插座，危險啊。水温時冷時熱，很難把握。
衞生：較差，枕頭髮黃，被子有污泥。走廊全是蚊蟲屍體。
環境：前面是荷塘，蚊子的天堂。晚上蚊子，臭蟲，飛蛾特別多。周邊無任何配套，點外賣都沒人送。
服務：每天換一次垃圾袋。阿姨直接把鑰匙留在門鎖上，真不怕客人丟東西啊。
飲食：簡餐，有紅米粥跟豆漿。包子餛頭紅薯玉米。還不算很差。
停車：有很大的廣場，停車方便。
實際上這是一個養老院。房間床頭掛着一對長者像，床頭櫃上放着一個播放哦彌陀佛的音樂盒。氛圍有點瘮人。如果你對生老病死敏感，較為迷信的話，建議別來。
國慶節400塊一晚，相比同期酒店便宜，但一分錢一分貨，也就這樣了。

房間很大，兩張1.5米床，床品乾淨。這個莊園很大。裝修過時了，衞生間水管聲音太響。不過這個價格已經很好了。

泰寧的空氣都是甜的，離大金湖很近，早餐也不錯，而且旅遊後累了還享受了推拿保健，非常的舒服，這裏的養生保健聽説是全國出名的

酒店是養老院直接更改過來的，房間裏設施老舊很一般，房間沒有電話沒有夜燈而且部分牆壁發黴，牀頭櫃有一個沒有插座，1.5的雙人床一張床上只有一個枕頭，衞生間淋浴房沒有門，洗漱區沒有燈光，過道燈與房間大燈是一體的不能分開控制，房間門從裏面防盜鎖鎖不了，沒有一次性拖鞋，淋浴房門口沒有地墊，總之一句話，就是養老院長者住的房間沒有長者住了，就網上當成酒店來攬客。早餐也很差，就是給養老院長者吃的，稀飯饅頭9點去吃早餐連雞蛋都沒有！這是我住過最差的酒店設施與服務了。

因為連住兩晚，第二天就沒有打掃也沒有替換毛巾。
礦泉水也不肯多給，房間説是三樓，實際像五層，除了離大金湖近其他景點都很遠。周圍也沒吃的東西外賣也沒有！
