設備比較舊，室內所配洗漱用品等質量差，賓館內環境不大好（無關設備放置在走廊，客人衣服洗後掛曬在走廊上，影響觀瞻），管理需改善。優點：位置絕佳，周邊就是尚書第等景點，看夜景更好；老闆娘親自當服務員，服務很好。房間內被褥等比較乾淨柔軟。

設施很久，房間滋味不好受，訂的大床房，整個標間，前一天訂的，第二天去説只有標間，坑爹！！！前台服務差勁！！！唯一的就是交通方便而已，不推薦，性價比不行

地理位置佳，斜對面過個馬路就是泰寧古城。酒店老式未新裝修，淋浴頭還拿繩子綁住。説是免費停車，還是出了2元停車費，好在是地下停車場，不暴曬。

太臟亂差了，修改行程還扣費，明明顯示可以退304，結果衹退270，地理位置很有優勢，節假日停車還挺方便的。但是真的太舊太臟太差了，趕緊跑

……簡直無語，節假日400不到一晚，空調是壞的，還有蟑螂蜘蛛，廊燈也是壞的，被子能拍出灰來……沒住過這麼臟的賓館……還沒有電梯……我真的……被震驚且無語到了……

電熱水器老化嚴重，兒子洗完老婆在洗一半沒熱水了，大冬天的大家腦補下。。。隔音也不好，給想預訂的朋友參考，也許夏天來不是問題，這裏冬天是淡季吧
