服務態度還可以，衞生也也算可以，就是這個賓館，他接待那個旅遊團，哎呦，早晨那個六點多鐘就比較鬧得慌，弄得人也沒法睡覺，那旅行團的人哇哇哇的，整個走廊裡頭，它的隔音也不是很好，他那個停車場離這個賓館挺遠的嗯，是在一個可能是一個原來廢棄的一個廠廠房院裡頭反正挺遠的，得走好久才能到

新裝修的客房，衞生間乾濕分離，整潔衞生。有停車場地，適合自駕遊旅居。周邊遊的話，老虎際與李家巖不錯，開發中的景點，免費而景色好，又無商業氣息。

雖然簡單，但是暑期也是爆滿。
床品乾淨，但是整體設施偏舊落後，相對這個放假，性價比很高了。服務員和老闆娘很熱情，帶我一層層看房。不錯！泰寧是個好地方。
