Very satisfied, the door is bright as soon as you open it, the room and bathroom are quite large, very clean, the air conditioner is new, there is a laundry sink on the third floor, and a small balcony with flowers and plants, and outdoor clothes drying racks on each floor. The boss and his family are very nice and answer any questions. The location is also good, very close to the distribution center and the ancient city, about a few hundred meters.
