泰寧是個很安逸的地方，民宿開在一個小區裏，很安靜，旁邊就是尚書巷，紅軍街，狀元街很近，步行幾分鐘就到了，吃的也很方便

前台接待美女很熱情，客房乾淨整潔，別墅型公共場所寬敞。早餐很豐盛精緻，更有營養煲湯。停車方便，離泰寧古城很近，值得推薦一住。

每年出差一百多天，住過的民宿沒有一百也有八十家，這家是住過最好最舒適的沒有之一，別墅區環境安靜，房間乾淨、裝修新，泡茶也配好了茶葉，洗澡乾濕分離玻璃中間都隔好沒有一滴水灑出來，新空調安靜沒有噪音，看得出來裝修很用心，唯一有個建議就是，既然零食送都送了，蘋果送個甜的體驗感會更好

設備新，早餐不錯，小姐姐熱情，服務周到。孩子們很開心。一進門忙着休息，沒好好拍照，房間和民宿放的圖一樣。

設施：設施新，設備好，裝修風格超有情調。
衞生：乾淨，有序，住着有安全感。
環境：自駕行，離老城區古街近，逛街，出行，飲食沒得説，👍🏻。
服務：前台非常細緻周到，提前溝通，辦入住時很貼心，能夠感受到是用心來温暖住客，入住後送上大果盤，公共空間開放，住客可自由品茶，上網，點滴之處體現出人文關懷。
其它∶早餐菜品不同於豪華酒店那種繁多花樣，但大多是泰寧自產貨源，非常可口接地氣，豆漿也是現磨，有濃郁的豆味，很久沒吃到這麼好吃的酒店早餐了。必須給個大讚。
會推薦朋友利用這家高性價比的酒店，不但是旅遊的好住處，也是團建，企業培訓，黨建生活的好去處。

房間很乾凈 服務也很好 唯一的缺點是廁所的熱水器太小 mini型熱水器燒水太慢 熱水水壓有點弱 洗澡時熱水量不足有點冷 不過還是值得推薦入住 大金湖遊船很普通 只有甘露寺景色不錯 但是停船時間太短 不夠時間慢慢欣賞。
