這家酒店整體來説還算可以，符合預期。地理位置是最大優點，出門走幾分鐘就是地鐵站，附近吃飯、買東西都很方便。前台辦理入住效率挺高，工作人員態度也不錯。房間打掃得比較乾淨，床品睡着挺舒服，基本設施都齊全。就是裝修稍微有點舊，Wi-Fi在晚上高峯期有點慢。早餐種類不算多，但能吃飽。考慮到這個價格，算是性價比不錯的選擇，適合對住宿要求不是特別高的商務出行或者預算有限的遊客。

房間乾淨整潔，天氣給力，住星空房晚上可以看到很多星星，小孩很喜歡。後來又入住親子房，房間好大，床鋪很軟很舒服。預約老闆來動車站接，含早餐還是很方便的，簡單的家庭式早餐，完全夠吃。

這些都是入住後原相機拍攝出來的照片，絕對真實有效。民宿老闆一家都很熱親，像朋友一般非常了得來，服務非常周到細緻，民宿是新裝修的，設施非常齊全，衞生乾淨整潔。要去大金湖景區，上清溪景區，塞下大峽谷還有九龍潭的朋友都可以來此居住真的很推薦，位置也非常好找，周邊都是居民住宅晚上很安靜。

差評，感覺老闆很小氣，服務差，2間房，國慶期間1000多的費用，拿瓶礦泉水，有點不太情願，早晨早餐有些辣的根本吃不了，想多吃一個水煮蛋，老闆居然説一人一個蛋，然後碎碎念一堆。房間剛進去也有點味道，總之一般。而且最重要的是，一定要看看清楚，這家訂完後是不允許取消的，就算是有颱風等不可抗力因素也是一樣，老闆是不會聽商量的。
