The room had a noticeable musty smell upon entry, and the air conditioning required some effort to operate properly. The bed was softer than expected, lacking firmness. It would have been helpful to have hand soap provided in the bathroom. Additionally, the soundproofing could be improved, as noise from other rooms was quite audible.

Close to the Guohua Street business district, the location is super good, the old house is rebuilt, the first floor is a coffee shop, the manager service is super excellent, feel the enthusiasm of the locals in Tainan, take the initiative to help us solve the problem, the homestay is very comfortable, very happy to live in such a quality homestay, I will choose to live here next time I come to Tainan.

The instructions before the trip are very detailed and the accommodation location is very convenient; although the sound of passengers in the surrounding store may be heard at night (after all, it is the essence), the boss is very intimate and silently prepared earplugs to pick up, but in fact, it is not so serious so it is not needed. The whole old house is very clean and comfortable. I took my parents to live and let them recall their childhood; plus very pet friendly, and prepared our dog's bed, kettle, snacks, everything is great! If you can book it next time, you will visit ～.

This place is great! There are so many restaurants, snacks, and bars nearby!! This one is quite large, but unfortunately it's too close to the street across the street, so the floor-length curtains can't be opened. Also, Xinmei Street is so narrow 😅😅😅 Whether entering from the beginning or exiting from the end (it's a one-way street, but there are still stupid motorcyclists going the wrong way, and cars parked on the side of the road!!!) it's so nerve-wracking that my boyfriend instantly got mad 😂😂

Good service. Big room with bathtub. Very close to Guohua Street. Luggage storage available. Elevator available. Most importantly, the price is very cheap😍😍😍😍

The location is great, there are many small shops during the week! Parking is available in an underground parking lot nearby, but it is not far away. The room is large and clean. You need to change your indoor shoes downstairs to check in. It is very hygienic and the staff are very friendly.

The room was lovely and clean, with plenty of hot water. I was relieved to see the hair dryer wasn't a Daxin brand. The staff was very friendly. If I had to point out a flaw, it would probably be the lighting. I needed to use the bathroom light to watch TV at night. I also had to open the curtains during the day, which was a bit inconvenient.

Very clean, comfortable space, suitable size and air conditioning temperature, I feel the landlord is very attentive :)

Decent accommodation. The room is spacious and chic. The staff was friendly and helped whenever any problem happened. Everything is electronic so you get a code to enter the building and your room. There's no fridge in the room but there is one in the common area. Centric location in the middle of the interesting points I wanted to visit. Tho bring eye mask and earplugs cause it gets noisy and bright in the morning. Would def stay again.

The location of the B&B is very good, it is a quiet hideaway in the busy city. Moreover, the host of the B&B is very considerate and has marked a map of Tainan’s food/specialty places for travelers’ reference. (This will be very practical if you are visiting Tainan for the first time!) The old house is very tidy and provides enough supplies. Our itinerary changed on our last day and we needed more time to store our luggage. The host was also willing to help us. It should be noted that the bathroom of this room type is outside the room. If you need more independent space, you can consider booking another room type. In addition, the sound insulation of the old house is not very good, so you will hear sounds from outside.
