Hotels in Chihkan Tower, Tainan

This is a very nice and cozy B&B. There are many delicious restaurants nearby, and parking is convenient on the street. The common area on the first floor has a refrigerator, a water dispenser, and tea bags. The living room is also very cozy. I will definitely visit again next time I'm in Tainan.

This place is great! There are so many restaurants, snacks, and bars nearby!! This one is quite large, but unfortunately it's too close to the street across the street, so the floor-length curtains can't be opened. Also, Xinmei Street is so narrow 😅😅😅 Whether entering from the beginning or exiting from the end (it's a one-way street, but there are still stupid motorcyclists going the wrong way, and cars parked on the side of the road!!!) it's so nerve-wracking that my boyfriend instantly got mad 😂😂

The location of this hotel is considerably walkable to variation popular attraction places. The hotel receptionists will be able to recommend you some local places for food and attractions.

Great location and interesting old house. It was as shown in the pictures. The host is very friendly and recommended a few places to go and explained the house. He could have given more detailed instructions on the car park, which is closeby but you need to park in the area 62 to be closeby to the house. It’s a long car park so it’s seems far from where you go in but it’ll work out! The car park right next to the house is very expensive. The house faces towards the car park and the street to the motorcycles are a bit noisy. Water and cups are provided by the hotel. Trip.com didn’t tell the owner my email or phone number so he couldn’t contact me and there was no one for checkin. We called him and he came quickly, just would be nicer for everyone if he had those details. Otherwise I recommend proactively contacting him.

The boss is super nice! ! If you like retro style friends hurry up and stay! Every small detail is also beautiful! From the gate to every corner of the room is also retro style! Love this place very much! Note that there is no elevator, all take the stairs, if you have mobility problems, you should pay attention, downstairs is a bar, you can drink downstairs, but the sound insulation is not very good, if you are easy to wake up friends may not be used to it.

Fully remote check-in/out. Unique room setting & interior. Not for ppl with big & huge luggage as there are no lifts (unless u are able to leave your bulky luggage on the 1st floor). Common and free use of washing machine, & fridge. Front of accommodation is not pretty as there are renovation works going around. View from room also looks into a deserted, broken area next door. The room itself is great tho! I love the lightings and furniture is comfortable. Sofa & coffee table is available. Note of advise: contact the owner before your arrival to get the pass code to enter the premises.

Super, super, super good host! The room is very clean and meticulous, and the size of the room is also great~ I also like the warm and beautiful living room of the sister. I will sit in the living room when I have time and chat with the sister. She takes care of us attentively, gives us delicious food, and recommends a lot of places to eat and visit, many of which are places that tourists can't find at all! I like it very much, it's a very, very happy place. Tainan is my favorite place on this trip. I will definitely come back to play and live here again if I have the chance in the future! Good location and convenient transportation. We walked to many places Took a cute Polaroid for the sister. I hope that the sister can have a photo wall next time I come hahahaha

I liked this B&B at first sight~ It is located in Snail Alley, in the center of Tainan’s old city. The community is very humane; the interior decoration is completely in the style of an old house. The boss was very patient and considerate. He spent almost half an hour telling me about all the delicious places in Tainan, and none of them were too bad. The only drawback is that the soundproofing is not very good and you will be woken up by the sounds outside. Friends who are used to going to bed early and getting up early will not be affected. People like me who like to stay up late may want to consider it.

Decent accommodation. The room is spacious and chic. The staff was friendly and helped whenever any problem happened. Everything is electronic so you get a code to enter the building and your room. There's no fridge in the room but there is one in the common area. Centric location in the middle of the interesting points I wanted to visit. Tho bring eye mask and earplugs cause it gets noisy and bright in the morning. Would def stay again.

The environment is very clean, the sound insulation is a little bad, the overall is still comfortable The room is locked with a code, not afraid that the key will not be seen. There is also a board game on the first floor for everyone to play together.
