Hotels in Tainan Station, Tainan

Location is just right next to Tainan train station. Very new hotel, and the family room is extremely huge with 2 large king size beds and even a play tent for kids corner. The bathroom is separated with bathtub and standing showers, with the toilet in another room. It even has a walk in wardrobe. Breakfast spread at the hotel lobby restaurant is both local and international, with plenty of tables. Hotel even offers free drinks and supper snacks. Plenty of car rentals nearby.

Shangri-La Far Eastern Tainan was a very grand and pleasant hotel. The lobby had a beautiful Christmas tree and they let us check in early. There were 38 floors which was impressive and the room was big and bright. The beds were comfy and the TV had YouTube and Netflix with many other channels. However, there was some dust on the cupboards and the sofa bed needed money to be turned into a bed. There were many food places near the hotel as well. But go to Anping, Garden night market or Da Tung night market need to take taxi. Overall, Shangri-La Far Eastern Tainan was enjoyable for my family.

we stayed Nov 15-17/22. the male staff [forgot his name] was very professional, helpful, kind, efficient, pleasant, patience, provided lots of info & tips. hotel very secure which required room key to get in & out of elevator, door to your apt floor & your room. we had a clean, stylish and very spacious room but lack of luggage holder. He brought us a long storage cupboard. had to cover the shower drains after shower to prevent insects getting in & sewage smell. we still smelled scant of sewage even drains were covered. convenient to railway station, eateries and especially close by market very busy on weekend with lots of foods etc etc.

The Konkai Inn provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. Visitors to Tainan will find that the Konkai Inn is a fantastic accommodation choice.The hotel is just 6km away from Tainan Airport. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Fort Provintia, Da Tian Hou Gong and Confucius Temple all nearby.At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city.

The English style of the staircase reminds me of the perfect combination of British industrial style and Chaplin when I was studying in England. The door opened and the Japanese style of different tastes made me feel super comfortable. The location is very close to the train station, it is very convenient to walk or ride a bike, this is a good choice for accommodation. Will come again next time

The air conditioner will leak, the bathroom equipment is a bit rudimentary, and there is no separate shower system. There is no elevator, it is very inconvenient to live on the fourth floor or have a heavy suitcase. But the location is very convenient.

In the blink of an eye, today marked the end of my 5 month stay at Changyu. It’s a bittersweet feeling for me. I am finally headed back to the US, but this little compact and quaint hotel had grown on me so much. As a business executive who used to travel worldwide staying at different 5 star hotels pre-Covid, I rarely feel motivated to leave a review, unless i get super upset by something. Except a few selfish guests that smoked in the room next to mine, my stay was so immaculate that 5 months just flew by. It was definitely my “home away from home” as I spent most of my time in Tainan holed up in my room working day and night. The mattress and pillows were very comfy and the room provided everything a typical business traveler would need. The WiFi could be faster but I had no issue tethering 4G from my phone for video calls. The Western breakfast choice for complimentary breakfast was tasty enough for me to have the same thing consecutively for 3 weeks straight once. Next time I am back to Tainan solo, I will not hesitate to call the friendly and caring front desk up and request my room 602 back. See you next time, everyone! I like the atmosphere of the British style so I chose this hotel, but it is even more amazing that the famous hosts who can feel at the beginning of each link are the place they are attentive. Although the location is in a very cute alley, I feel more pleasantly surprised when I meet. The overall feeling is like a photo, but don’t. I thought the trailer was all waiting for you to go in and watch, and the amazing place for everyone to feel.
