Location is walking distance to sheng Nong street. It’s a old house Minsu: we had a large luggage , the stairs is narrow so try not to bring large luggage : place is clean and sustainable! As it’s a Minsu, it does not have amenities like hotel. But overall it’s good

大福館1樓第一間：
木製窗台沒有擦都是灰塵，還有乾掉的隱形眼鏡。
廁所洗手台的水龍頭鬆動、排水有夠慢。
淋浴沒有門、浴簾太短水會噴到外面，沒有乾濕分離。
以假日這個偏高的價位來說清潔有待加強。

民宿位置相當方便，距離區內主要觀光景點大多都在30分鐘以內的步行距離，走去附近公車站也是2-5分鐘左右。我自己一個女生獨遊也感覺很安全，街道不會陰陰森森的，玩得太晚回去的路上也不會擔憂。
管家們非常友善，入住須知也解釋得很清楚，而且民宿還有自製的觀光地圖！對於找美食特別有幫助😆
謝謝各位管家的幫助及溫暖的招呼❤️
再說說房間，當初選住宿時看到介紹圖片就一見鍾情，機票還未訂就先將房間訂下來🤣住了5晚還是會感歎「好漂亮喔～」，太乎合我心裡的台南印象，住前住後同樣喜歡💕我訂的房間在2樓，民宿沒有電梯，帶行李箱的話建議先估算一下自己的行李重量再看看要不要訂2樓以上的房間。房間很寬敞而且照明充足，睡時需要留一盞小燈的話也能滿足到。電視、小冰箱、冷氣機等設備也齊全～
要是說有什麼地方想要改善的話，算是洗手間洗面盤的水龍頭有點鬆，導致開水時有點困難，以及在外關上房門時偶爾會卡住，要大力拉才能關上。
總括而言，整個住宿體驗都非常好，很滿意👍🏻有機會再試試住其他房間😆謝謝6天5夜的照顧🫶🏻

おしゃれな小空間
台南駅からは離れているが、近くにコンビニや食堂もあり便利。宿の構造がおしゃれに工夫されていて、窓の光も気持ち良く部屋で気持ち良く過ごせた。ただ上階の足音などがひびいて夜など気になるときもある。

民家風建物で町中に滞在できる
民家をリノベーションしたという造りで、広いフロントやエレベータは無いものの、部屋は充分に広く、設備も快適です。付近にはすぐ近くにコンビニ、食堂などがあり、商店街やスーパー、YouBikeのステーションも10分程度の徒歩圏内にあります。台南駅からは少し離れていますが、路地裏を散策するような町中に滞在できるところです。また、スタッフも大変親切丁寧に対応してくれました。ホテルの場所は2箇所あり、徒歩で数分程度離れているので、場所は事前に確認が必要です。
