環境很乾淨，床有點低，枕頭也太低希望可以改進，下次台南旅遊還會入住，謝謝您。

糟糕的體驗。一打開房門一股黴味撲鼻而來，床單被子也是有味道，房間外的飲水機一直故障，要把插頭拔出來再插回去。我們透過Trips訂了2晚，特別挑選了註明cityview的房間，但房間不衹有臭味還沒有窗户可以打開通風，我鼻子過敏了，每晚都睡得不好。跟客服説了，客服説是第三方平台出錯了，也沒道歉，我們要求換房，他們説衹剩下4人一房的，必需加錢才可以換。也沒有折扣一點。浴室沒有安裝抽風機，空氣不流通，唯一的好處是水壓大，熱水也夠熱。衞生不合格，不會再光顧了。

總體來說，房間還算大，如果你將入住這位旅店，要給各位幾個注意事項。
1.旅店進門需脫鞋，沒有電梯，住三樓要一邊拿行李一邊拿鞋子走上三樓
2.旅店可以寄放行李，不負責看管，也不允許在公共空間逗留
3.電視聲量非常小，儘管最大聲也聽不清，也不允許帶喇叭。
4.浴室沒有門，需要非常小心沖洗，不然水會一直往外流
