Because I went out to play after I left my luggage and came back in the evening. The counter is only occupied between 10:00 and 18:30. If you check in outside this time, they will put two room cards in an envelope and put them on the lobby table. The hotel door is a sensor room. You can only get in with a card, so you have to call and ask them to open the door for you. Precisely because I did not go through the step of "manually" giving the room card, no one introduced me to the so-called "check-in instructions". For example, if "there is no cleaning during the extended stay", you need to change towels, take out the trash, replenish supplies and water, and you need to "proactively inform you every day", otherwise no one will care about you! - Nowadays, environmental protection is advocated and we do not take the initiative to replace towels or supplies. Some hotels even do not clean for you if you extend your stay. I thought there would be "house rules" in the room, but there were none. There were only emergency escape routes on the room door. But that night I went back and gave them new towels (but there were actually two at the beginning and I only used one), but "I didn't even refill a bottle of water." On the third day, I went out in the morning and came back in the evening, but there was no help taking out the trash. There happened to be someone at the counter, so I asked again if I could help take out the trash and change the bathroom floor mats because going to the beach is a bit dirtier. He gave me a troubled expression and said, "Well... I'll change it for you later." As a result, when I went home at night, I didn’t have the foot mat I was hoping for? ? ? Next, on the first night of my stay, I encountered the water heater "flaring up" and only had explosive hot water but no cold water or normal temperature water. It was already 10:30 in the evening. When I called to ask, it turned out that someone had responded earlier and told me that they were asking the manufacturer to repair it. After waiting for half an hour at 11 o'clock, it still had not recovered. When I called again, the other party was very embarrassed and said that it was being repaired. I'll wait a little longer. I said I'll wait a little longer at this time before I can take a shower. I want to be considerate of you, but I don't want to wait like this forever. The final solution was to help me move to another hotel, but when they saw that I had to stay for three consecutive days (I don’t know if the other hotel was fully booked or something), they decided to take me to another hotel to take a shower, and then Take me back. (Thank you for letting me take a shower elsewhere first, although it is basic for residents to take a shower) So I was already in a bad mood on the first day of vacation…. Unexpectedly, the air conditioner was not cold at all. I originally turned it on at 25 degrees and felt nothing for a few hours. But when I turned it on at 20 degrees all night and into the morning, I could still sleep without a quilt! You can't see the air conditioner machine. There is an air outlet like a central air conditioner near the TV near the door, but you are given a remote control for the air conditioner. I don't even know where to aim the remote control. I went out to inquire the next day and the reply was, "Oh, our machine is better and needs to run for a longer time. There are more people checking in today and it should be cooler than yesterday. We just turned it on to 16 degrees. There is a spot on the ceiling. Press the remote control on him" -So you don’t want to talk about any of this first? ? Or does everyone know that I am stupid? And the air conditioner can only be felt at the air outlet at the door, but the distance between your bed and the temperature is completely different. In the end, I was given an electric fan to solve the problem. To be honest, I can understand if you tell me in advance that there are some conditions in old houses. Many old houses will explain some of the conditions of the house at the beginning, or they will not clean the house if you continue to stay, and they will not provide towels, etc. to let you think clearly before booking. But this company didn't say anything. I was just like opening a blind box, discovering things one by one day by day. In the end, Lianshuishui called and asked the other party to directly tell me where the spare parts were and let me get them myself. I feel like this is more like Airbnb? ? But there are various situations that I won’t tell you in advance! Maybe most of the others stay for one day? So it seems like I have a lot of problems. I went back in the evening on the last night and asked the service staff, "Do you need to take out the trash every day?" She just said, "Oh, we had instructions when we checked in." What? ? To whom? I was not informed at all! I said you don't even have "check-in instructions". He told me that it was on the list he wrote for us when we checked in, but I didn't write any list at all. She looked at the table and said, "Oh, they've been waiting for you to sign in." What does it mean to be waiting for me to write? When did you ask me? I have to check out before I write the check-in form and then are you shown the check-in instructions? What inexplicable process? The point is that the piece of paper seems to say something but seems not to say anything. In short, I came to stay for three days on vacation. Living here is really clean, quiet at night, and the location is convenient. Other than that, there are a lot of question marks for black people. I won’t tell you not to stay here, but I think the “staff training” and “duty to inform” can be done better! Even if it's less than 2,000 yuan a night, it shouldn't be such a big problem. Because the air conditioner in the hotel was broken, we were arranged to stay in another hotel of the same brand. The day before departure, we received an email at around 4 pm informing us that we were changing hotels. The email communication was very slow and the response was very slow. The questions we asked were basically not answered. The location of the new hotel was average and there was nothing to eat nearby. The service attitude is very good and it is very clean. The stay is quite comfortable.

It seems that the front desk staff is not always there 24 hours a day, and there was no one there when I checked out at 7 a.m. Check-out was possible using a terminal, but I think it would be uneasy if there was a problem.
