Really cozy little room with adequate amenities. It’s an old traditional house converted into a guesthouse so it still preserves the unique structure and atmosphere of an older building. Friendly staff and clear explanation. Great experience.

I'm sorry but this was so far the worst hostel experience I'd in Taiwan. The rooms were super smelly and not the cleanest. The stuff was not very willing to help. For example I staid 30 mins in front of the door to drop my luggage and nobody opened the door, unluckily for them I saw them inside ignoring the door bell. A mistake with the room happened too. At the end they treated the problem nicely. I'm fair.

the hostel is renovated from an up-in-year abode nearby Hayashi Department Store and the art museum(just mins of walk), rules to be obeyed here and they offers e-checkin so u may spend some time to do it. The problem is that the check-in time in Taiwan(quite common) is quite late(can be by 3 to 4 pm). The staffs are helpful and they serve working holiday , so we had some great convers and the common area is quite good with japanese tatami flooring mat and tables for nattering away for hours XD!

The building is old and not clean enough. The lower bunk bed is too down and the bed is not good enough. base on the quality of the hostel, it's too expensive. the toilet room is very small, shower room is small too.

I booked two nights. On the first day, the pretty receptionist was very friendly. After telling me everything I needed to know, she led me to the upstairs bed. Each room can accommodate about six people. There are different rooms for men and women. Everything is visually clean and acceptable. I relax on the basement floor. There are all kinds of drinks and light meals. Some are at my own expense. When I rested and went to bed, I was unfortunately greeted by the coughing of my roommate in the next bed. One after another. You can imagine how scary it was! It was so miserable. It was so miserable. I couldn't stand it for the whole two hours. I got up immediately, walked out of the room, went downstairs and sat on the sofa in the lobby lounge to spend a long night. The next day, I told the employee on duty, a handsome man named Tony, about my miserable situation yesterday. After he understood, he immediately arranged another room for me. Fortunately, my new roommates were all quiet, so I had a good night's sleep. Overall, this B&B deserves a thumbs up. It is an economical and clean B&B that I can consider staying in Tainan again in the future.
