Great location and interesting old house. It was as shown in the pictures. The host is very friendly and recommended a few places to go and explained the house. He could have given more detailed instructions on the car park, which is closeby but you need to park in the area 62 to be closeby to the house. It’s a long car park so it’s seems far from where you go in but it’ll work out! The car park right next to the house is very expensive.
The house faces towards the car park and the street to the motorcycles are a bit noisy.
Water and cups are provided by the hotel.
Trip.com didn’t tell the owner my email or phone number so he couldn’t contact me and there was no one for checkin. We called him and he came quickly, just would be nicer for everyone if he had those details. Otherwise I recommend proactively contacting him.

Overall, it's pretty good for an old house, very comfortable. The boss is also very friendly and provides souvenirs. Although the sound insulation is not good, I didn't hear too much noise. The floor and the general direction are very clean, but if you want to clean the dust on the chandelier, it may be a bit difficult. The bathroom is also OK, but the drainage hole is a bit slow, but it doesn't affect the shower. The water is very hot. The most satisfactory thing is that you can park for 24 hours. It is really convenient for Hai'an Road. It is a very pleasant stay and vacation. I will choose to stay next time if I have the chance. The location is really good. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the Garden Night Market, but it is convenient to take a car for only 70-80 yuan, which is very cheap.

Because the building is old, many walls have been leaking and moldy. Although it is covered with decorations, it does not feel comfortable to live in. It's a lovely old house, very clean and spacious. I like the building-in-a-building design. The sofa bed in the living room is super comfortable. You can't get up after lying down. The bathtub is also very spacious. The location of the B&B is super good. We rented a car but rarely used it. Shennong Street and Guohua Street are nearby. I like it here very much.
