Great location and interesting old house. It was as shown in the pictures. The host is very friendly and recommended a few places to go and explained the house. He could have given more detailed instructions on the car park, which is closeby but you need to park in the area 62 to be closeby to the house. It’s a long car park so it’s seems far from where you go in but it’ll work out! The car park right next to the house is very expensive.
The house faces towards the car park and the street to the motorcycles are a bit noisy.
Water and cups are provided by the hotel.
Trip.com didn’t tell the owner my email or phone number so he couldn’t contact me and there was no one for checkin. We called him and he came quickly, just would be nicer for everyone if he had those details. Otherwise I recommend proactively contacting him.

The helpers at the B&B are very conscientious and have many rules just to maintain a good continuation of the house. I can agree and understand that the wash basin is very unfriendly outside and the environment is quiet.

The Haian Room is great. It's very comfortable to live in. It's the style I like, and the boss is very warm and welcoming. In addition, because the soundproofing of the old house is somewhat poor, earplugs are thoughtfully provided 😂 I will come back next time.

The transportation is convenient. Popular attractions such as Guohua Street and Shennong Street can be reached within a 10-minute walk. The transportation is also very convenient. The boss is super nice and willing to share his pocket list. We had a great time on the trip
